Best Dunkin' in the Lehigh Valley by far. Iced coffee is always good never watered down like it is at other locations around here. They're fast, have a huge lobby with lots of seating and is always clean.

Good location with easy access and ample parking. Staff seem friendly with good service. Good coffee and donuts with fair prices.

I love the dunkin donuts on American parkway allentown pa. They are so nice and polite, friendly and pretty quick with my orders.

Drive thru always prompt and friendly.... with happy smiles (behind masks) . Coffee fresh. Recommend this location for a mid day pick me up.

I’ve gone to A LOT of different Dunkins in my life. This is hands down top-3 I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. Staff is always so friendly, drinks and food have never been bad and I go thru here at least twice per week.

A regular Sunday stop for my family and friends. Best one around. Staff is super friendly and professional. Never make you feel like you're rushed and makes sure to get your order right. Donuts always in stock and the most decorative. There is a DnD nearer to our home but we go out of our way for this one for the MUCH better service and quality of food. Thanks guys so much!

Simple, clean place with lots of parking. Seems to attract difficult customers in my experience and staff always handle it well. One of the country people taught me how to order coffee with just skim milk (no sugar) , which I'm a little embarrassed to say I kind of needed to learn. The trick is to ask for coffee with skim milk. Don't do what I always used to do and add in, "no sugar" because it just confuses things. Plenty of parking here as well, great location.

Been visiting this dunking donuts for just over a year now and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Visiting in the morning is always the best experience besides the occasional long line in the drive through. I’m always greeted by a friendly face and smile, Patty. She always greats me with such enthusiasm and makes the start of my day so much better.

This is the only spot that makes my iced latte the BEST! They are so sweet and the woman at the window is so kind. She always ask probing questions to make sure your order is correct. I love this dunkin donuts. Thanks for making my morning a great one!

Literally just went through I was the last car in A-line that was outside of their parking lot there was at least 5 cars in front of me and I kid you not I did not wait more than 2 minutes and I was already getting my drinks. Staff is always nice and super friendly.

I. Or husband always requests extra ice (a lot). As long as we receive we always provide a $1.00 tip. Everyday of the week we order two large iced coffee, cream and sugar and EXTRA ICE. WHICH WE USUALLY RECEIVE WHEN THEY UNDERSTAND. I NEED IDED BECAUSE I DO NOT ENJOY HOT COFFEE. I ENJOY TEA OR HOT CHOCOLATE AS WELL. LOVE YOU ALL. THE EXTRA ICE LADY.

This location has the best tasting coffee and a very friendly staff. I wish I lived closer to this one because all other Dunkin locations closer to my house cannot compare. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to make sure I am getting a good tasting coffee

My coffee always tastes better from this Dunkin then it does from others in the area. The staff is always nice and friendly also.
