Dunkin'

Didn't have any food, just coffee. Which is really good for a pick-me-up. Wish they gave free 2nd cup for the price tho. Didn't ask, just figured they didn't. Nice atmosphere, immaculately clean. Was comforting and relaxing. Service was fast and friendly. I know customer service can be trying at times, but it' nice to see, and bring to those working, a smile and nice words. Make their day, they'll appreciate it, and you'll feel good too.

I love the new stores look. And they're always great about my order as I normally come in and get a couple dozen donuts for my coworkers.

The man who took my order was absolutely amazing. He was very pleasant, kind and courteous. After I had picked up my on the go order, I wanted to add an additional hot chocolate but realized I forgot my debit card at home. He told me I could pay for it later and gave me the hot chocolate😊 great customers service

I love every Dunkin' donuts in existence. I was working that day and really had to use the bathroom I gave them five stars on everything because they let me without having to buy anything.

The young lady with the long braids that works weekends overnight is so nice, so pleasant and very kind that we don't like going to anyone else but her for our coffee. Wish I knew her name so I could write a good review on her.

I visited this Dunkin Donuts awhile back and lost my receipt so I hope this gets to the crew at 1174 MacArthur Rd. My experience here was made to perfection only because of one crew member and his name is Jose Gonzalez. What my boyfriend and I wanted on the menu was not fully available but Jose made sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted since it was advertised. What he didn't have he substituted and made the beverage even better. He was very friendly and made our drinks quickly. This man honestly deserves a raise because by the looks of it, he was the only one working inside of the restaurant. He handled the cash register and made our drinks quick enough to help the next guest in line. Thank you so much Jose and I needed to let you know that your hard work will not go unnoticed.

I often stop by here on my way to work at 6pm, and service is very quick. Donuts and coffee are good, and each worker has been very friendly. Haven't had an issue yet! :D

Drive-thru: Friendly and courteous attendant. Quick service and no long line/wait.

I have a Dunkin rewards card and I use it a lot. This one is much nicer then the one on tilghman Street

Coffee always comes under a minute in the drive through. The staff are pretty fast and friendly. This is the place you wanna go if you need to grab a coffee on your way to work or if you are on the road.

Victor is the best barista I only go to this location for his assistance!! He makes the best mocha macchiato! He deserves promotion!

All employees are great people, friendly they make my family feel feel like family. Love these guys and girls. Take a trip coffee is worth it.

It's just so reliable that I drift back to dunkin organically, lol. But seriously, it's good to arrive at a place and have the same experience at every place. Great breakfast, donuts and coffee.

The entire staff frim the cashier to the gentleman sweeping the floor were absolutely awesome food coffee and food I purchased were hot and delicious and most of all I loved that they were playing Star FM made my experience that much more gratifying👍👍👍👍👍
