I'm visiting a friend who told me Dunkin' donuts closes at 10:00 in Allentown, PA. I refused to believe it and found this location on Google open 24 hours. Awesome! I was able to get the gift card that I wanted to get for my friend. Check out with smooth and easy albeit was done through drive-thru. The associate was attentive and polite.

This one serves the Hottest coffee in town, the other two ones were warm coffee what's wrong with these people?

My experience has always been good. They never messed up an order for me, would recommend.

Was in a jam for DD. Most were closed already but this one was listed as open. So I drove to it, placed my order via the app & sat at drive thru. No one asked if they could help me. Lights were on I seen workers inside. So I drove to window. The young fella told me their closed. I said but I placed an order on my app cuz it said you were still open. He seen my order went through on his end so he made my drink. I'll tell you what.... it was bar none one of the best coffees I've had. He added extra chocolate drizzle, cream & drizzle on top. I never asked for all that. He was so happy to give me my drink w/ a sweet smile on his face. I profusely thanked him & drove away one very happy customer. Thnx for the amazing tasting drink & great customer experience. If I knew the fellas name I would've put it here. Hopefully he remembers me

PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW!! Has anyone been coming to Dunkin on 15 st. Tilghman st. And has been charged double on your debit. Has anyone noticed a double charhe from this Dunkin more than 1 time? If you have not noticed check your bank statement..... I have been charged double for orders in April & May. I was given the run around by the 2 managers here..... I haven't come back in months. I came this morning caise i left home at 6a.m to work got a coffee here just looked at my bank app and I was dou le charged again. Managers say its not thier problem.......i need to know if this has happen to any one else. Thanks. Mari

Ordered hot coffee. They young guy made me a fresh coffee in no time. He was very pleasant, nice and professional. I will definitely visit that location more often!

For a little over a month now the service has been steadily going downhill. Service is excruciatingly slow both in the drive thru and inside. No more friendly service. I miss the old crew :(

I love this Dunkin except late at night or early morning!!! The older woman that works there never acknowledges your at the speaker unless you beep or say hello and after 10 minutes then she takes my order and still gets it wrong!!! I’ve bought sugar to keep in my car because getting to work at 5:30am with coffe that has no sugar is the worst!!!

Excellent just what I expected

My Hot Caramel Latte is always perfectly sweetened and steaming hot, as it should be. The employees are young and always nice and respectful

the best coffee is in this place, I have tried in other stores and they are disgusting I give them 10 out of 10

The girls all know me and when i walk through the doors my order is always ready and hot to go. Thank you to all for your smiles and hellos every single day.

Drive thru was pretty quick considering the pandemic. The person who served us was really nice too! Keep safe.
