I recently purchased a Husqvarna lawn tractor from Southwick Power Equipment and the experience couldn’t have been any better. Delivery was prompt and almost to the minute of when Jeff promised.

A week after purchasing the tractor I noticed a cable that appeared to be loose and Jeff came to my house the following day and re-attached it. What great customer service!

I needed my John Deer riding mower repaired. Call them They came out to my house, picked it up, and repaired it in one day. Returned it to my house the next day. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their riding mower. Thanks again guys.

This place is great. I bought two machines here. A snow blower which was amazing. But my best purchase. A red max rtz42. Just an amazing machine. Best bang for your dollar. Small little power equipment store. Knowledge staff. Nice honest people. Machine was delivered on time. Gentlemen was very informative and walked me threw every inch of the machine. I had a simple repair needed for my snow blower. Called a few local repair shops and was told 7-10 day waiting list. Decided to drop by here and Tom had it finished in 1 hour. Great service and great place for maintenance. Highly recommended

On a scale of 1-10 these guys are an 11. Whether I'm buying parts, equipment, getting something repaired or just calling with a question, their service is always stellar!

My original intention was to grab donuts next door at Mrs. Murphy's with my daughter. Already, with my mower in tow to head elsewhere after breakfast, I noticed the Southwick power an equipment next door. I stopped in unexpected, with an tweaked lawnmower deck that cut horrible uneven and scalped my lawn. Jeff treated me like an old friend, he walked out and asked how he could help. Had them pickup my lawn mower last year, it wasn’t running properly. I thought it was carburetor issues. $400 later they returned it. It still did not run well. Called back explained the issues, they said they did an oil change and put new blades on it and it was running great. Told me to drill a hole in the gas tank to make it run better. I chose not to. Brought it elsewhere this year. Turns out they never even touched the carb or replaced the blades. $400 wasted. Beware with them. They did not want to look at it again after I called. Absolutely terrible customer service
