McDonald's

This is a great McDonald's for food. FUN and service. There is a large dining area and play area with a slide, interactive lights and climbing area.

I strongly recommend a visit.

It's your standard McDonald's. Very friendly staff and my order came out correctly. They noticed that I had a doggo in my car and gave me a free little cup of whipped cream. Will definitely return.

Let me start off we were far away from home and the slushie deal got me and we were starving. Not only was the fries fresh and the slushies had extra blue raspberry Fanta flavor the service was great! I was in the drive thru then had to go in and use the restroom. It was clean still encountered more friendly staff and they had a foot push opener so no need to touch any handle to exit. If you need to stop come here the attendant at Arbys was rude. I don't eat McDonald's but if I ever do it will be here the drinks are always on point but not a day for Spicy Sprite lol

It's great when you don't have to cook.

I've literally never had a better breakfast experience at a McDonald's than this one. The workers had a no bs attitude with getting the orders made and sent out even when we came in at the start of a rush. There were at least 6 orders ahead of us and we still didn't have to wait longer than 3 minutes to get our food. Cleanest McDonald's bathroom I've ever seen as well.

I always find McDonalds to have delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices! Staff is friendly and courteous!

The young man taking orders at the drive thru was so sweet! He said it was his first time back there but was very apologetic and kind. McDonald’s is McDonald’s so great service isn’t expected but he definitely made up for other trashy McDonald’s. Sweet boy!

Nice visit, Aaleah on register made my visit very pleasant. I saw her assist a family carry happy meals for their kids as well. Very cheerful & positive. Thanks 👍

Traveling on the road, stopped in for just coffee. 10 a.m. Place was rocking! Line moved quickly at register. Correct order. Saw manager handle an "issue" a customer had with professional grace and quickly too! Would go back!

This is my favorite Mickey D's. They 🍔 are good & my fries are always fresh. No crunchy or dried out fries ever. Sure you have to wait your turn inside and the drive through, but it is always worth it.

I frequent this McDonalds location because they always seem to be fast and serve hot fresh food. Usually, I use the drive through but today I decided to sit inside. I immediately saw a Touchscreen Ordering Kiosk. I’ve seen them before but thought I’d try that today for the first time ever. The interface isn’t really very intuitive. When I thought I was finished ordering, I was at a screen that said I was reviewing my order. I had to click on “Add To Order” which then took me back to the menu while it actually added my items to the cart. From there I understood my misunderstanding. I would think you would have the option of “Add To Order” or “CheckOut”.

Anyway I hailed one of the cashiers and she was friendly and assisted with a great attitude. As it turned out the kiosk wasn’t able to accept card payments at the time anyway and we found an option to complete transaction at the cashier. She got that done with a friendly smile and I was on my way.

Food was fresh and hot. Very good experience here this morning aside from the snafu at the kiosk.

Courtesy and attentive. Very kind to children employees went above and beyond for my ten year old grandson one visit involving a chocolate sundae. He was so grateful and happy. They made his time there special so we we go whenever we get the chance. Thank you Mickey D staff 😀

This Night Manager, Mr. Tori (sorry if I spelled his name wrong) literally made my whole night! It's been hard visiting my parents over the summer while my husband is deployed. Coming to the Rantoul McDonald's play place has been a small peice of heaven for us, and Tori gave us more than exceptional customer service. The food was fresh and we were welcomed with open arms even though the building closes in just minutes. Thank you for going the extra mile for us Mr. Tori and we will see you next time!

Our coffee group meets every Mon morning and we enjoy it. The workers are friendly and efficient and the food is good. I just wish they would offer a low carb breakfast option sometime.

Can't beat McDonald's for fast food when we're traveling baseball it is always good for me and the boys especially rent a hurry

It was great I always love to go to McDonald's and have my breakfast good morning manager the dark headed lady she always keeps McDonald running great I can't think of her name she always is good to customers she keeps everything going things get running slow she's right in there doing it all she needs a raise she's really good manager she's been there for years

Another McDonald's another order of fries. Can we all agree they have the best fries? You know they do. Say it ain't so if you don't know. Burger and fry, that's my guy..

I left my town in 1983, after graduating from RTHS. I worked at the same location as this one during high school. I was happy to have had courteous service at the order window, especially with Mom with me.

This McDonalds was up to our expectations, which are fairly high. Our breakfast was delivered as ordered and the food was hot and tasty. I would definitely stop here again.
