Dunkin'

I went there a week or so ago and it was my first time ever ordering at a Dunkin Donuts. I let them know and the guy who was working the drive through, his name was Josh, was extra helpful, friendly, and professional with a positive attitude.

Definitely 5 stars because Josh was awesome.

I go every morning, ordering from app before I go. I stop in say good morning and pick up my coffee.. the people there are always so nice and friendly and do the absolute best to accommodate you.. love them

I live in Wyoming and I'm in town visiting family and this is the first time I've been to the Dunkin Donuts. In Rantoul, Illinois. The staff was excellent. The young lady who took my order at the counter was courteous and very helpful in taking my order. Made sure I had a cup tray for my coffee and the woman working the drive thru gave me my order with a smile and a good wish for a good rest of my day. Super service! The whole team should be commended. I'll be going back when I need something DD has that I want.

I heart dunkin 💯 when I was deployed overseas I used to have my family send me their coffee brand. Always a great day for dunkin thanks for the coffee guys!

I've always had a good experience here when I've gone. Very quick and efficient drive thru!!

Mobile ordering could use some work on munchkin options, but it's not this stores fault. Love the staff, line moves quick enough, and donuts taste great.

The owner is so nice and her mom. They run a fast and efficient business. I have never waited more than 4 minutes in the drive thru. Great Job!!

Never have any issues here. If something is made incorrectly they make it right w/out hesitation.

Dunkin Donuts a good place to be to get some good coffee any kind of drinks there are good as heck so damn good you want to come back for more but the only thing the manager needs to work on is keeping the loud kids out of there especially when they're not buying anything when I do buy stuff they need to learn how to keep it quiet and when they're not the manager or the owner needs to do something about it keeping the kids out of there if they don't have respect for anyone else they do not need to be in there even when the kids by something and they're always rude and loud it should only buy something then they have to leave right away the manager in Illinois should do but besides all that all the workers do a very good job of their work

Worth pulling off the road for this one.
Terrific employees & atmosphere, clean, tidy, coffee & donuts are always fresh.

I may have spent enough money to support one employee's full week of wages at one point. I'm addicted to Dunkin and the 1 dollar iced coffees from 3 to 6 is my weakness. I wish they would bring back the Mexican burrito.

Love the frozen coffee's and coffee rolls! The hash browns are the most flavorful I've EVER had! Yum!!!

Only thing sweeter than the doughnuts were the ones helping inside. Place was clean, doughnuts fresh and everyone was eager to help and pleasant.
