On a trip down from Chicago I found my self having to get towed to this Autozone after a nasty tire blowout. The timing of this wasn't exactly great considering there was a storm rolling into town that wasn't all that pleasant. The moment I arrived at this store I was greeted by two amazing worker Shane and Spencer who helped me every step of the way. These two went above and beyond to help when they didn't need to. In the middle of tornado sirens strong wind and heavy rain they helped us get everything sorted and figured out. Because of Shane and Spencer I will never shop at another auto store besides Autozone. These two are some of the absolute best Autozone has to offer and hope that in some way they can be appreciated for their amazing service.

First and foremost I’d like to give a huge shoutout and thanks to Spencer and Shane. The two most humble and hospitable employees I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter.

It’s not everyday that you’re on a road trip from Chicago and you suffer a wheel blowout on I-57 and get a tow to the Rantoul Autozone, but I’m glad that this excursion included Spencer and Shane. Who could’ve ever guessed that a massive tornado would decide to roll through town at the very same time and leave us stranded longer than expected? Spencer and Shane’s kindness and helpfulness in the wake of me and my friends adverse travels were a difference maker in our experience.

Once the storms cleared, the assistance to get our tire changed and get us back on the road we’re second to none. While it was never on the original agenda, Shane & Spencer and the Rantoul Autozone will always have a special place in my memory and in my heart. Thanks again guys for all of your help and banter through the storm.

We are headed south with our motorhome and the check engine light came on. We checked oil and called a friend who was a truck mechanic. He had some ideas but from a distance couldn't tell us for sure. He suggested going to a repair shop to have it checked out. We were near Rantoul, IL and decided to go to the Auto Zone there and have them scan for an error code. The scan showed that the #9 cylinder was misfiring. Rob at Auto Zone said that it was almost certainly a bad coil. So we bought a new coil and changed it right there in their parking lot. Problem solved! Thanks to the awesome crew at the Rantoul, IL Auto Zone for a $57 fix vs a $300-$400 repair bill!

Dafina is a wonderful person. She was very understanding on helping my father-in-law that is non English speaker, she provided great customer service.

We were at the Gordeyville horseshow over the weekend near Rantoul, I’ll. It was time to leave, hook up our truck to horse trailer and leave, and the truck wouldn’t start. After calling our roadside assistance and striking out, we contacted Kyle at Autozone. Kyle came out quickly, on a cold, windy day, brought two batteries for our truck, and installed them. It fixed our problem and we couldn’t be more grateful!! We tried to offer him $ for his services, but he refused. You have an awesome employee with Kyle. This happened on May 1, 2022, Sunday afternoon.

Team members are helpful, and they usually have what I need in stock.

The Biggest Thank You goes out to Kyle. It was amazing to know we have people as kind as him in this world. Kyle went over and above to help me. I was passing through and broke down at AutoZone. Not only did he call around to get the parts I needed, find me a cab and shop to get the car fixed but he was so kind. In my biggest time of need away from anyone I knew it was nice to run into a guy like him that was so helpful. I truly have no clue what I would have done with out his help.

Had a really good experience here today. Needed new ignition parts for our RV and the guys at Auto zone were able to get it ordered for me. Will be here tomorrow.
