Excellent! Always a great selection of house plants. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love the deals they often have going on for "used and abused" plants. The perfect place to find some great gifts for my wife. She's got quite the green thumb and loves saving plants from the brink. Paradise palm is a big (wet) beautiful place full of reasonably priced plants. There’s a handful of rare expensive plants and a large variety of good beginner plants as well! Prices ranged from $5.99 to $100 just totally depends on the size and kind of plant you’re looking for. Employees are always super helpful and really chill. It’s dewy and sunny and gorgeous in there, good vibes for walking around and admiring the plants before you pick one to bring home. They’ve had some fun things by the counter like air plants or bamboo for cheap too!

Iv been a customer for years and drive nearly 20 miles passing a few places I could get similar plants for my animals. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by bailey. She was able to answer all my questions and we even talked about the Elephant Palm that had some history with the store that had been sold. I found myself trusting her like I trust the store Iv purchased many plants from that go into making my cages come to life. Iv sent many friends their way over the years to buy plants for similar projects and gifts! I would've recommend them to anyone that's sick of corporate companies taking the life out of everything!

I am leaving this review with a slight grain of salt just due to the fact that the last time I was here I was chased out of the store because I pulled my mask away from my face to talk to one of my customers on my phone while I was browsing their plants, even though I was the only customer in the store.

Their policy is changed now and the store is wide open to customers. I feel like this is the best decision they could have made for their business. I am aware of the panic the pandemic caused and I understand that masks were a firm policy but I really feel as though I was mistreated by the employee because of that one fact, and that initial interaction left a bitter taste, especially considering I was there with the intention of spending money.

My experience last weekend was far better than I could have expected. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store, the plants are all clean and healthy and well maintained. Employees were friendly and attentive and were quick to answer my questions and very helpful. I appreciate their attention to customer service and am very happy with my purchases. I bought a couple houseplants for myself and some succulents for my little sister and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I went here for my birthday to get my first Bonsai tree. This place has tons of options and was very beautiful. Ethan and Elsa were WORLD CLASS when it came to helping me and my friend find the perfect tree. They were so personable, professional and passionate. Ethan’s pot dressing skills were exactly what I wanted. Such an awesome experience. I recommend to anyone looking for a plant ir a bonsai tree.

Lots of beautiful plants in a humid environment. Fun to walk around and look, they also have a small collection of planters. Variety of plant sizes, from tiny to huge.

This place is a sanctuary I could live in! It is so full and alive and I feel embarrassed for the people who called it "dirty". It's full of plants! From the Earth! That live in...dirt! The plants are incredible in here, healthy and thriving. The store owner was who was working and so incredibly helpful and kind. I asked about a plant and was given such a neat back story on it. It's these types of places we should frequent more often instead of big box stores. There's a lot of love and dedication here.

The best selection of plants around, and always changing varieties. We have been coming here for 6 years now ever since the owner was nice enough to keep the store open late and help my husband organize a special proposal for me in their beautiful jungle. We still have the bonsai plant he gifted us that night - it is growing strong!

Absolutely love this store! We’ll make the trip from Ogden just to enjoy a day of plant shopping here. The owner is super friendly and everyone working there is so well educated on each and every plant. They’ve got such a large variety and you’ll find some of the rarest plants there! You definitely have to be quick when trying to purchase the rare ones as they sell out fairly quick but rightfully so. So thankful I stumbled across this store one day.

I love Paradise Palm SLC! I love how knowledgeable their employees are whenever I have had questions about the plants that I’m buying. They always have a great selection of plants and I love that they update their social media whenever they get in new shipments. Such great customer service! I also love that they truly care about the safety and well-being of their employees AND customers. Thank you for enforcing masks in the store during the pandemic. I’ll be back!
