This is in relation to an interaction I had over the phone with a DSS employee, not sure where she was located. Danielle was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me until my issue was resolved. Because of her, I was able to resolve my issue before having to have a phone hearing. She took the time to read through my file and I submitted any other information needed while she was on the phone. She made it very straightforward and simple for me. Thank you Danielle!

My daughter was pursuing my social security through Vincent Hospital,Bridgeport, where I was admitted for my gallbladder surgery.
Lady who was supposed to do the application work on my behalf was foot dragging to delay my case for the reasons best known to her.
Then my daughter decided to go directly to the Social Security Department and ask their help in getting social security for me.
We were attended by Ms Nariman who was so helpful that we forgot our bitterness towards the lady in Hospital.
Ms Nariman took time,not in any hurry even though it was getting late and we were last on the list.
She did all the work necessary to get me my social security number.
We are truly thankful to her and Department of Social Security for the wonderful job they are doing for the the residents of Connecticut State.

Terrible Wait. People Are Extra Slow. Don't Even Waste Your Time Going After 10am. There So Lazy After 12 They'll Tell You That Nobody Is Able To See You . There Horrible!! . Something Needs To Be Fixed . This Is The Place Majority Of People Go To DAILY !! . Need MORE WORKERS .
