Live Better Hearing + Balance

Today I took my 96 year-old mother's hearing aid to Live Better Hearing in Exeter to be cleaned and serviced. I could not be more impressed with this business. This is the first time I had to deal with a hearing aid, and I was pleased that Scott was so nice and helpful, and answered all my questions. I also spoke with Lori on the phone twice, and she is very pleasant, and immediately returned my call. I definitely recommend Live Better Hearing!

Everyone was very professional yet very friendly. I felt at home and at ease talking to them and discussing my hearing issues. I saw Dr. Kendig. She's great. Very thorough and explains everything very clearly. It was determined that I need hearing aids and she took the time to really explain my options including the types of hearing aids available and the pros and cons of different types / features. Nice office and the receptionist is very welcoming too.
