Adam Wentling, the audiologist, was very informative about the procedures and the hearing aid I was considering. I asked for an in-the-ear aid. He explained the test results clearly and talked about how the hearing aids would improve my hearing. He demonstrated the hearing aids and their features. After electronically setting the aids to correct my loss of high pitch sounds, he inserted the aids into my ears. They were comfortable from the beginning. Adam was friendly and explained everything thoroughly.
