Hear PA

Hear PA was very informative and knowledgeable about their hearing aids. They found just the fit for my mom and explained everything to her about them and how her insurance worked in conjunction with them. Great place to go if you need hearing aids! They also do hearing tests too!

Todd was thorough, professional, and I trusted the results he conveyed to me. I felt comfortable with his recommendations and confident that hearing aids will be right for me.

Great solution for someone that surgery isn’t an option. It was convenient to set up an appointment. We were greeted promptly and seen right away. My dad was pleased with the hearing results after some testing was done. Several options were available for him and we were pleased with the solution. The prices are reasonable and financing is also available through Wells Fargo. Highly recommend!

Todd is very thorough with testing, finding the right hearing aid, fitting and explaining how things work. I originally visited him about a year & a half ago for my first hearing test, but I didn’t have a budget then. The experience was so positive, I knew I would go back to him in the future. Today, I had a strict budget and he helped me get a great pair of hearing aids within my budget. Highly recommended!

We have been using Hear PA for years. Service has been great. If we have a problem with an aid they see us within a day or two. Can't get better service. Always prompt and courteous. One of the receptionists/clerks at our office, Tanea, who I am assuming was on her lunch hour stopped to sit with me one day when she saw me at an accident scene. That's going over and beyond as far as I am concerned. She was a very caring person. That just goes to show the type of people the hire - courteous, cheerful, helpful, all in all great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is my second hearing aid from Hear PA. They always accommodate my requests for service. Today I asked to pop in because I was having trouble with my hearing aid. They not only let me come and and drop it off for a check up, but they made the time to clean it and test it and then check my ears and make sure it was working properly!!
I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service.

Been using their service for a number of years. Staff has always been quick to get me in to see the Dr. and they have been excellent at seeing that my aids are in good shape and/or repaired when needed. YES.. the aids are quite expensive.... BUT they provide state of the art aids that do their best at providing me with the best hearing possible, and I have a very difficult hearing loss.

Yesterday I had an emergency and called Todd‘s office and was invited to come over and actually I believe he cut his lunch short to help me. It is wonderful to know that he cares that much. Thank you Todd. What a helpful and friendly office you have. Shara Bell

The front office staff has always been cordial and helpful. The Audialogist is very cordial and responsive to questions have had I have found the hearing assessments to match what I discern to be happening. I recommend Hear PA to folks seeking a firm that is attentive to their needs.

Todd Stephens is a very good hearing aid technician. Whenever I have a problem or just an adjustment I always come away a satisfied patient. He is always polite and understanding. Great guy
