Charles is the best!! He is very knowledgeable in his work and he is so nice. He truly makes my day better when I am in the store. You'll never find a better customer service rep anywhere else.

Charles was absolutely incredible I had an issue with my older cell phone and he quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend to anyone to avoid the Glenway Avenue location Drive the extra 3 minutes to go see Charles in Cheviot because you will be taken care of correctly I had a great experience with Metro PC's because of Charles
