I'd actually like to thank the staff here for being so kind even though I had a tricky situation, Mars went above and beyond to help me out Yesterday. 1000/5 stars, will definitely be back to this location.

Shrugged HT off during my 20's; but I can't deny the cool & rare gems to grab up. Beetlejuice & NBC clothes & comic merch & toys abound! Score concert t-shirts cheap & can't beat the clearance or buy 1 get 1 deals. Funko Pop galore & my fave Japanese characters run amuck. So 👍

Love this store! I went to Hot Topic from 2011-2015..... but I haven’t gone until just recently when I went back for Christmas presents. I love that they got back to their old 90s-2000s merchandise, which made me want a gift card there. Well, I already bought stuff there and felt happy. I would recommend this store for a nice flashback as an adult. Love this store!

Always a fan of Hot Topic ^_^ I love the atmosphere and the people that work there. Even got to get a pic with the employee who cosplays. The merch they sell at the Polaris location is so much better than the one at Easton. I believe it's because it's bigger but either way it's an amazing place to shop.

If your looking for a place that has Fashion and Great Prices, Atmosphere, Amazing Employees. Then the Hot Topic at Polaris is for you. Stop in sometime and enjoy the merch they've got. I guarantee it's worth the ride and the work.

This place is so funnily awesome. The whole place is just a black anime sanctuary and even though that just sounds like your stereotypical emo girl, Hot Topic can be fun to browse around with your friends. You either find stuff that you can collect and put in your room, or you can find goofy anime shirts that you can wear to school and everyone will think you’re a weeb. This place is great.

Well organized, clean, cute. This isn't a Disney hot topic, this is an anime hot topic. Always running really good sales, decent collection of plus sized options.

Love this place, always have always will, we miss the store we had in Zanesville ALOT. Huge selection of different stuff you don't see everywhere, love getting my band shirts everytime we are at a Hot Topic, look forward to going when we are out of town, usually make a pass at a mall just for the simple fact of going here. If it's not your style then it's not for you, I'm glad a place like this exists

Great selection, decent prices (with coupons), friendly associates, barely any wait to check out. Best part: fun, funky, and off-beat items ABOUND!! My wallet always wheezes after I've left.

Nicer and better stocked than Tuttle (not that Tuttle was bad but definitely hit harder by COVID issues). Crowded like crazy but checkout was still a breeze. The greeter wasn't able to answer a question I had but she did her primary job very well greeting me at the door as I was entering and leaving. I appreciate her honesty. The staff member that did help me with it was really cool helping me out and all the staff in general were very pleasant. You really couldn't tell it was chaos Xmas season as they kept the place looking really nice.

Mars who is an employee at this Hot Topic location was and is hands down, THE BEST!!! She was attentive and when a size could not be located. She called the other HT location and confirmed it was there, even asked for that HT to hold the item for us. She is the epitome of customer service & support, and I cannot Thank her and all of the other employees enough for that. HT is also in compliance with covid-19 procedures, masks etc. Mars THANK YOU!!! To Hot Topic THANK YOU as well for employing people who continue to enjoy where they work and what they do.

While this location has the usual Hot Topic goods like shirts, hoodies, makeup, and pop vinyls, I've found that the stores live or die primarily on the staff.

I'm pleased to say that the staff at this location is incredibly engaged with their customers, and wants their store to be as friendly and accessible as possible.

Would definitely recommend, as I intend to return myself

Wonderful place for my funko n anime addiction. A lil lower in terms of inventory but blame it on covid. Theyve always had exclusives in stock but i go at them pretty early. Theyre good about checking with other stores too.

The staff in this store are awesome. They truly know the meaning of customer service and made my experience shopping there very pleasing. Will definitely be going back!

Mindful of number of customers in their store due to COVID to maintain social distancing. When we couldn't find the shirt we wanted in the size we needed, their associate checked their stock in the back room and found one in the size we needed. "Thumbs-up!"
