Dunkin'

If you go to any Dunkin’ often, you know what to expect.
This location doesn’t hit the mark 100% of the time but I’ve stopped there a few dozen times over the last 3-4 months.
Compared to the locations around me just outside of Boston, they’re far superior which is just shocking.
Rarely do any of the other locations get a simple hot coffee order correct. This one in Sturbridge nails it almost every time.
Also, to the people or person making their donuts, they look worlds better than any of the spots close to me.
They’re larger, they have a healthy amount of chocolate or toppings and are better period. The greater Boston area should take notice, because a truck stop Dunkin’ in Sturbridge is outdoing you.

The best coffee and better then Starbucks and not so pricey

They tend to be busy as a traveler spot but are constantly hustling. Great manager who keeps the crew having fun and getting it right.

Quick service, hot coffee, good donuts

I stopped at this Dunkin inside a convenience store as I was traveling recently. What a smart choice on my part! I had a very tasty iced white chocolate something latte and the gentleman taking my order was very friendly. The perfect pick-me-up for a long trip!

One of employees looked like he'd literally just climbed out of the dumpster. Had no dunkie gear on at all. I honestly thought he was some hobo that wandered behind the counter. Luckily he didn't touch my food, therefore I didn't need a tetanus shot, or Covid test. With the amount of surveillance at this location, I'm suprised they're allowed to operate like this.

It’s in a gas station but it is clean and friendly. Coffee was awesome. Donuts fresh. Counter help was very friendly. Restrooms clean.

Our initial experience at the American Joe's, licated on Newbeyy Street in Boston Mass was not pleasant. On the contrary, it was regrettably disturbing and unacceptable.
We put our name on the list with an approximate 15 minute wait. As with standard restaurant poceeduree, we provided our contact information and settled in for the wait.
Much to our surprise other patrons such as ourselves, without a reservation were seated before us. The party sizes were the same as ours - 2 patrons.
We waited roughly 25 minutes before re-approaching the front hostess station to inquire about the questionable service. The hostess replied "Oh".
No apology was offered and I was made to feel unvalued for their oversight and poor customer service.

We have dined at American Joe's in Short Hills Mall, NJ and never encountered anythi g shoet of stellar service.
Actually, the service was nothing short of grand and on par with many other fine restaurants.
Naturally, one would think that the same/similar service would be upheld across the board. However, much to our regret it was not.
On the contrary. Once we were seated I wanted to leave rather than patronize American Joe's after the poor service rendered, but my sister argued that we might as well stay.
We were service by Meredith. A breath of fresh air. Warm, engaging, attentive and simply pleasant!
She took our orders with precision, panache and she was well taken by the fare and paired our meal with such style, grace and favor to imprint a pleasant and memorable experience.
The blueberry pancakes, oysters, clam chowder and margarita were delighted.

We did not mention our horrible experience at the hostess station. Given Meredith's spot on service, there was no need and rather than mull our connection, we placed our order and everything was pleasant.
The food took much longer than expected, but Meredith acknowledged the delay presented an apology and presented to offer a culinary option as a way to make good for the wait.
We respectfully declined, enjoyed our meal and embrace this opportunity to say that Meredith is an exemplary ambassador of American Joe's. Her service was outstanding and sets the bar of excellence in fine dining!
We are of the opinion that she should be given all due considerations and recognized for her poise and professional manner.
Thank you, Meredith in every way. May you go from strength to strength.

The two individuals working there in the evening were very nice, even offered to clean my travel mug for me. Great customer service would return again.

America 🇺🇸 really does run🏃 on Dunkin 🍩!! 🇺🇸🏃🍩☕ Also, I have much respect for the businesses that believe in second chances.. DD IS EVERYTHING AMERICA SHOULD BE ABOUT, TAKE A LESSON FROM THESE GUYS AND RUN FOR OUR FUTURE SO AMERICA CAN ALWAYS STAND FOR FREEDOM!!!

This location was fast and friendly. We got our coffees and treats without a problem, which is saying a lot these days. Thank you Dunkin!

Tuesday morning, six people in line, only one barista but she was amazingly efficient and had a great attitude.

Really surprised by how modern and clean this stop is. Food was as expected. Frozen coffee was good compared to others I have had. 👍👍

Both the Dunkin and the co-located Burger King are great. Staff was masked and working safely.

Everyone was very nice, and seemed like they enjoyed working, drinks were correct. I will happily be back!

Never think ahead to use the app but this dunks gets thru a line. Plus the coffee is always great
