My phone died in the middle of my work day and wouldn’t charge anymore. It was a huge inconvenience because I use my phone frequently for work. I left work with my bosses permission to get a new phone thinking that it would be a quick thing to take care of. It ended up taking about 3 hours because of how my account was set up years again ( my phone was like 5 years old lol so I new I needed to upgrade soon). Justin the store manager, Lou and Kevin were so helpful and did not give up trying to complete this process for me! I’m so appreciative because my phone is my lifeline! They must have talked to like 10 different people in different departments to help me. Some would hang up or stop talking after a while or just seem not to know how to help. Hats off to them if they have to deal with the T-Mobile “help desk” for employees. I don’t often take the time to write reviews but I just want to say I had a good experience and thank you for helping me <3

Kayla and Tamara really make the experience at the T-Mobile store so amazing! I wasn’t pleased with the service after asking other associates for some simple explanation/ breakdown of numbers, which they couldn’t and didn’t care enough to do. But Kayla and Tamara are amaaazing! I literally sat with Kayla for hours getting through every barrier that we faced and it was all done with respect, dignity, professionalism and she was so kind. Tamara rang me up for some accessories and answered all my questions to the T! Great job ladies!!!

I went into the store to purchase a phone for my daughter. I was immediately greeted by Mike and Diego. Although, the store did not have the phone in stock that I’d initially intended to purchase; Diego and Mike were extremely accommodating in helping me to purchase a phone that provided the functionality and was within the budget in which I was seeking. They even went as far as providing me with reviews of certain devices to ensure I went with the best option! Korey completed my transaction so that the other two gentleman could assist other patrons of the store. I was impressed with the product knowledge each gentleman displayed and how well they all worked together to complete everyone’s transaction. Should I have any needs that requires an in-store visit, I’ll definitely be back. Good job guys!

I’ve been a TMobile customer for about 9 years, and Korey gave me the best service ever! He provided thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for, and took the extra mile to ensure my content was backed up before transitioning to a new phone. I truly felt like a valued customer, instead of just a transaction like I’ve felt at other stores. I would highly recommend Korey and the other team members at their location!

The new manager of this store Mike is great. He is very helpful and makes you feel as though you the customer count. He is always up front in the store instead of in the back like previous managers. He multitask on any given day which cuts down considerably on wait time. He is very knowledgable on all aspects of your phone , phone policies and t mobile hidden rules.He calls you by your first name which makes people feel good about coming in the store. His staff is also very helpful and friendly and work quickly to get you in and out. T mobile should give Mike this store and watch the sales for 2019 GO UP.

Ok here I go! I was with metro! I came in and talked to Tamisha She mad my move to them with ease. She understood what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Since Tamra has come on board at this location I have seen this location come up from a zero to a 10 since she has been there

I came in the store on 11/29 . Kory was very helpful , engaged with me and not to mention I never felt as comfortable I did. Providing the correct information for me to pay my bill . He was very patience and gave good vibes. I'll come back to see him anyime.

Kayla was a great help she help me update and set up my Apple Watch and kept a great attitude while doing it although it took hours

Kayla was Execellent , patient , listened to me and as a grandmom i don't have no younging around me and she helped me with my google pay. I need someone technical around me to listen to me and break things downs and take there time as a senior and she helped me . God is real ↗🙏

Alessandra stayed after over an hour in a half after 8:00 pm on a Friday night just to help me get my phone situated . Her service was very professional even when there was high volume coming in at the last minute . There was a heavy set looking dude who was very lazy and slow when she asked him to count the registers down he went in the back and played music as if he were at a club . All in all the experience was amazing . The teamwork skills on his perspective needed to be more aggressive .

If you need a phone and want someone to do you right, go see Diego. He's knowledgeable and you will receive excellent customer service. Very impressed with how fast and smooth my experience was. Highly Recommended!!!

Lj and Dessi were the best at helping me put my EXTREMELY difficult screen protector ! But they put it on for me as if it was butter to toast 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
