Service/ delivery of equipment is not reliable or organized. This company pretends to be concerned about the consumer however, their lack of professionalism, speaks vastly for them. I cancelled Dr appointments to be available for the delivery date THEY HAD SET UP ONLY to realize that 4 days later I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY EQUIPMENT. EACH DAY, BY EACH REPRESENTATIVE THERE IS A NEW EXCUSE/ NEW STORY. I would not refer this company to a dog.
