Metro by T-Mobile

Great store with great customer service. The woman that works there (I think her name tag said Ci Ci or CC or something like that) is so polite, calm, and patient with every customer. Even if the customer is unruly, rude, or just downright disrespectful, she always remains professional and respectful and handles the situation correctly. If it's something she can't do, she'll always refer you to someone who can. If there's an item out of stock (Ya'll know I hate it when a store doesn't have the thing I want 😑), she'll look online for the nearest store and call them to see if they have it for you. The best part? She's honest. She'll tell you if a phone that you want to purchase is worth your money or not. I don't know how long she's been there, but I hope she never leaves unless she has to. This store is the best I've been to. If she end up leaving, they better give her a going away party or a gift or something. These customers be tripping and yet she continues to be nice. The manager, Peter, is pretty good. I rarely see him, but when I do, he's very helpful and completely focused on my needs when buying a phone. Sometimes, he could be a little to focused on ringing me up to the point where he kinda stops talking until he's finished, but other than that, he's alright. This store is great and I hope it remains so.

I actually visited a different Metro which was short staffed. The sales associate seemed to be occupied with other thoughts, wasnt really educated with the products, didnt really have what I needed or just maybe she wasnt having a good day. The associate did suggest to call another store because I was advised that each store is a franchise and markets differently. So I called the Metro located on Hairston Road and spoke with Juice and she was wonderful an absolute sweetheart. Not only did Juice know her products but her customer service was excellent. You can tell Juice loves her job! Coming from a person who believes in having an ultimate customer service experience, I was just happy to know that others do care! The other associate working was pleasant too, and Happy Birthday to her! We need more people like those two ladies working to make this world a better place! They deserve a raise!

Love the vibe I got from the employee Ashley! She was awesome, very knowledgable.. knew about all the plans features how I could save money by switching my whole family over from at&t AND gave great deals on accessories. This is my home metro from here on out

Went to this Metro and the young lady that worked there was more worried about me being her last customer than helping me throughly.. I purchased two devices and one of them is not working properly and the other one she did not even set it up. If I knew I was going to be on my own I could have just gone to Walmart where I no it is self service and not customer service. I will not go back here. Took it back and spoke with the manager nthis man called me a lie and expected for me to argue with him like we were a married couple. I left and I won't be going back. I believe that the people that leave good reviews on here are people that they know.

This is the sorriest store ran by the sorriest employee in the United States, They close at 7pm yet it's 5:30pm and the door is look I called twice and they picked up and then hung up now the phone off the hook and folks trying to pay they phone bill. That is the most trifling, sorry, pathetic thing to do. Who ever work in there is lazy and I can't stand a business that has nothing but lazy workers, since I'm a customer I will be closing my account shortly my expectations is to high to deal with low tier companies.

This by far is the worst metropcs on planet EARTH ... the women here are really ghetto fabulously rude unprofessional and attitudinal .. especially Brittany.... I really hate this location and try my best to avoid it and if you want a pleasant helpful courteous metro pcs experience I advise u do the same .:: I will never ever return to this location and I’m really thinking about switching back to straight talk

This is the worst phone store, that I've ever encountered, the owner was Harassing the people who give out the Free government phone, he is disgusting taking pictures of them, trying to get them removed from the Kroger Grocery store, he is all about the money that most people don't have. I'm gonna do a Petition to have him and his store remove out our neighborhood Immediately. Free phones if needed inbox me and I'll point you in the right direction, unlimited talk, text, & data for 12 months FREEEEEE renew every 12 months is this what is Represent metro pcs- tmobile? Disgusting if you ask me afraid of Competition, wow.

Scammers!!! There is a promotion going on at the MetroPCS stores where you are supposedly supposed to get 2 free phones for $60 along with 6gb on each phone. At this particular location my husband and I went in thinking that we were going to leave out with 2 free phones for $60. The owner stated that he doesn't do that promotion at his location, but had every last sign up outside of his store stating that his store did. He cheated my husband out and told him that if he wanted 2 free phones then it would be $120. On the website it stated that if you wanted 4 free phones then it would be $120. The store owner name is Mr. Lee. A complete scammer. His employees were sassy, rude, and completely unprofessional. Don't go to this MetroPCS. Also to add to this my mother and I had gone to another MetroPCS on Covington and Panola if I'm not mistaken and they did the promotion. But sadly the people on South Hairston had jammed my husband up where he couldn't receive the promotion. After contacting cooperate office we were able to get his phone number released from that MetroPCS on 1230 South Hairston location jammed up. Cooperate representative told us to give it a few days to see if the phone number had been released with no issues. They were very understanding and wanted to help us. Don't go to this Metro PIECE OF CRAP!!! They are SCAMMERS!!! They have SCAMMED TONS OF PEOPLE!!!! Any MetroPCS that you go into for this free phone offer ask about it and MAKE SURE it HONORS THE PROMOTION. Please READ and Pay ATTENTION when signing your name off to these PEOPLE!!!

This store sold me a defective ..or may be a a$10 phone from China..for $145 + tax..After 3 days purchasing the phone, it started to turn on and off on it's own ..I went back to the store for return or remedy ..this store has the most unprofessional employee..and I was told I can't see a manager..or get return..dont get screwed..so stay away from this store...they deserve no star..
