There was a manager named Keyvin that really went above and beyond with customer service. He was so positive and ordered my part. The part arrived the exact day he told me it would. He made sure nothing was broken on it and took my payment when the part was received. Good experience. Lots of laughs. Thank you!

Keyvin and Eddie helped me out today when I came in looking for Cataclean. Very kind employees. Greeted me immediately when I walked in. I was also returned a part that I bought back in November and I was able to get my money back. Great store, highly recommend

I really wanna give a shout out to the store manager Season Ford! I stopped at one of the other O’Reilly stores and didn’t get a lot of help but when I went to the Urbandale store and Season greeted me. This lady went way above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do not alone a manager. I was having trouble with my trailer lights on my FJ and literally this lady got underneath my vehicle cut the wires splice new wires, hooked it up and got me on the road. She was friendly she was courteous she was kind she was awesome! I am still blown away what this manager would do to help a customer is dire need ! I am a lifelong customer of the store and of Season as long as she is there. Again thank you!

I asked for help changing 3 windshield wipers and in less than 10 minutes the job was done.

The guys were super nice and helped us find what we were looking for, and helped us get our new blades on when we had a hard time of it. Store was in good shape, and we got in and out and on our way fast. Definitely will be keeping our business here.

I just really wanna say just how amazing Tasha and Zech were. I recently moved from texas and every experience Iv ever had at an O’Reillys has been bad until today! Today they both listened to my concerns gave me all the information for my check engine light codes and broke down what they mean for me and looked them up I greatly appreciated their kindness and help today!

So helpful! Had a headlight out, went in for a bulb, they came out and changed the headlight for us in like 2 minutes, saved us so much time!!!!

Friendly staff. Helpful. Patient. I compared prices and warranties. They only carry one brand of battery, up to 3 strengths and 3 prices. They charge an $18 core charge but they return it if you recycle your old battery with them. They change your battery in the parking lot for you. Free.

Great store I love coming here slow quiet store but always good people

My battery on my car died, and so they were able to replace that for me. They came right out to my car pulled the old one out and put the new one in. It was pretty great because it reset all the controls on my car, so I lost all my settings, I also no longer had all these red and yellow check engine lights and stuff on anymore. Although they eventually came back on. I guess the new battery didnt solve those problems.

I am so happy with the help I received from Daniel today!! He diagnosed my battery problem and replaced it in a short amount of time with below freezing weather conditions. Very satisfied customer!

We came in for a radiator hose which had to be replaced asap. These guys were extremely friendly, let us borrow tools and one gentleman, kent, even came out and helped us replace it! We liked the store so much we decided to buy a few products we'd been putting off getting and kent helped us get those in too! Stellar service and a breath of fresh air after a fiasco with a mechanic trying to overcharge us. The people set this place apart! you don't see this kind of service often nowadays. I will def be coming back.

went in for parts for my truck and they got me what I wanted and got alot of help and details on how to put it on. the guys was straight up and told what to look out for. They was very help full.

I go there all the time to set up new shop or work on cars. Customer service is amazing and if one store doesn't have something there is a network of shops around the metro for all your car needs
