I have always had great service at this store. The staff are very friendly, helpful, polite, didn't have to wait long if at all. They're not pushy and they listen to what my needs are. I can thoroughly recommend this store to everyone. I have been to other sites and not had had the same experience. The other stores are great but the atmosphere in this store is hands down superior. A huge thanks to all the staff for always taking the time to take care of me.

The young lady who helped me was very helpful but I have inc on my phone they told if anything would happen to my phone its will be covered will that's not the case today I was told there is a fee to get my phone fixed i was never told that that's y got the inc so if anything happens it would get fix i have been with them for almost 20 years I always got the inc now they want to change me to fix my phone its called a Deduction and I never heard of a deduction when I pay every month for the insurance from my phone they have never told me nothing about a deduction intl my. Phone doesn't work right 😒
