I had a amazing experience at this store over the weekend. My son and I searched multiple locations for a specific type of shoe that he likes. He’s original pair was taken at a jump castle and he really liked them. We showed up at this location last, 3mins before closing and the lady was so kind and helpful. They also did not have the shoes he wanted, but she went above and beyond to make sure we got them. My son will get them shipped in a few days and he is so happy! Thank you! 🫶🏼

Staff was very attentive made sure I knew what I wanted and if I needed help they were there to help the manager was great and let me know of a buy-one-get-one-free sale that I could utilize even if I didn't get one right then and there for a second one. manager Mike greeted customers as they walked in as well as th3 register they're very nice and I do believe that people that are nice in customer service should definitely be rewarded for their good customer service it is hard to find nowadays thank you for your help.

I went there today with my 14 yr old son and my 12 yr old daughter.
I went there just for the bogo.
I wasnt greeted by honestly didnt bother me.
No one asked if I needed assistance , that was ok cus i didn't the first 10 min i was there.
BUT when i did need asst. sure enough a young man by the name of Roman helped me look. They didnt have what my daughter wanted in store . she looked around . while he checked other stores. Negative. I considered only buying my sons shoes , which he found in 2 min.
But then he suggested he could order them online .
I could still take advantage of the bogo.
Worked out perfect. Plus 15 percent off.
It was his first job . he carried himself as a veteran of the store. Whule doing all this he was sorting shoe boxes all over the store.
100 dollars worth of shoes , out the door for 75.
Just a great experience. Right in the budget.
So althougj I didnt get attention the 1st 10 min, which didn't bother me at all, i got what i wanted above and beyond.
The cashier was great too.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and organized. They have a clearance section with lots of different styles. There shoes are incredibly comfortable and high quality.

I love this store! I will be going back! The girl that was working when I went in was so helpful! I cant remember her name but she was great. I had my 5 mo old son with me so I was expecting to have a difficult time finding what I wanted but she asked if she could help and when I told her I was looking for comfortable shoes for work that also look nice because I work at a hotel she new exactly what shoe to go to. I ended up buying them they are Dr. Scholl's Joliet black shoes. I wore them to work last night and they are the best pare of flats I have even owned. So comfy and super cute! MY FEET THANK YOU! :D

They were very helpful letting me know that you can get the correct size online and delivered to your house it was very helpful because in the store they do not have my size

Found what we were looking for in short order. Had several choices to try on and was able to narrow down the choices to the best comfortable shoe. Staff was helpful and each one working offered their help.
