I picked up a large route of deliveries from here just an hour or so ago and had an amazing experience. The guys working the pickups and the counter are absolutely amazing! They helped me carry out and load all my orders, were beyond helpful and courteous and went above and beyond their call of duty to make my experience great! Thanks guys!

1st class place. I came prepared with my purchase order for my sink faucet set (7 years old) and photographs of my sprayer leak situation. The counter technician looked it up, indicated kohler had a lifetime warranty on the part. He said he could order it and it would be in in two days for $42. But he suggested I call kohler directly with the part number for a replacement sprayer and he believed kohler would provide it under warranty. Who would do that these days? Kohler did! That is the kind of customer service everyone should have. Great work Ferguson! Would not go anywhere else for plumbing equipment, faucets, sinks, shower or toilets! Jim G
