Panera Bread

I like this place because it is a very clean place. You can order from the kiosk and it is prepared very quickly. The mac and cheese soup is delicious. The price is also very affordable in terms of performance.

I actually just discovered Panera. I joined the Sip club and have purchased meals, as well as bakery goods. I always enjoy myself there.

You know when you're travelling and start to feel sick, run down, starved of nutrients and comfort? That's what led to my first Panera meal. If you're weak from hunger but everything sounds nasty go have a soup and sammie. It's great! I'll be having this again!

Food is always great. The line always moves slow at this location though.

I could go to this Panera Bread every day. Not only is the food delicious but it's also a fun place to go to. Lots of windows, great staff, plenty of seating. Ayden Mekus

Very nice & quite hotel with great location

I don’t normally write reviews, but really felt they deserve one from me as I’ve been frequenting Panera since T-mobile Tuesday offered 3 months of their unlimited coffee/tea subscription. I can’t imagine not having the subscription and will most likely pay the $7/mo for it after my free subscription ends. The endless coffee/tea subscription is awesome (although I wish it included iced tea) and refreshes every hour and a half about so it really is pretty much unlimited.

I have never been a coffee drinker, but my boyfriend is and I LOVE their tea. They have a few options but the English Breakfast and the Mango ones are my favorite. Since my boyfriend also has the subscription, he can order in the app easily and I’ll pick it up when I get mine. The app is easy to navigate, and they pay attention when I leave notes in the app.

The staff is extremely friendly, particularly Adlema and Claire, the manager. Claire will often ask me if I’d like her to mix the sugars/creamer for me or to have them to take home. I recently had surgery on my sinuses and stopped by on my way home from the procedure for my boyfriend to run in and pick up my *free* tea and French onion soup (would recommend) that I ordered in the app - super quick, super painless.

The tea is always super hot, which I prefer since I load it with creamer, but just a warning for those who don’t use creamer!

I’m kind of a lot (as you can probably tell from this review) and they really treat me like it’s their pleasure even though I know I can be difficult. I’ve ordered over the phone, through the app, and in person many times and have never had an incorrect order. Sometimes I do have to ask for specific sweeteners when I pick up because they have some sugars thrown in a bag with it ready to go and they aren’t necessarily the ones I want, but they are always quick!

Ordered the broccoli cheese bread bowl and coffee, the size of the bread has got smaller but it was very tasty washed down with a cup of hazlenut coffee was just right.

I’m a regular customer at the Lindero Rd location in Westlake Village CA. The customer service I receive daily is incredibly great! I’m greeted by name and offered everything possible. This location has the feel of a small neighborhood bakery and I love it! Everyone is nice but the absolute standouts are Sarah and Clark! They are the BEST!!! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else because of them.

The staff at my Panera is great but Amanda is exceptional. she greets EVERYONE with a huge smile and while we are waiting in line she lets you know she recognizes you making you feel special. I have seen her do the same thing over and over to other clients in line. The food is always delicious too.

It's nice to see a location that keeps up with cleanliness and a staff with a polished appearance. I'll be driving over here from Thousand Oaks even though I live a block away (because their location is unclean, dust on vents over food, worn carpeting, I've never seen a restaurant so neglected actually...)

At this location Brandon Kaufman provided the best service I've had yet. He's detailed and offered me items I've never even heard of before.

I love this place!! There food is delicious and there staff is always so helpful. But I'm giving a shout out to Marvin today for going above and beyond to help a customer! I completley forgot my purse on my lunch break and he took care of my order. Its so nice to know theres still great people like this around!! I will definitely be returning soon and returning the favor!

It's a great place to eat and get coffee and breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can find freshly cooked bread and cookies and muffins in there.

I go there 3 times a month for a great fresh roasted turkey sandwich. Good value. Pleasant staff.

I can't say enough about their delicious food, salads are my fav here, and location. Wish their patio was alittle nicer and quieter from parking lot traffic. Staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and recognize me because I visit so much. Great place for meeting with your girlfriend for lunch

Excellent service and the young staff went out of his way to deliver the food from the kitchen. I noticed that this store is managed well.

Saw some posting about slow, how fast do you want? Walked in and was third in line. The hostess quickly waited on them. Sat down and had food before I could put my purse down.

Good food, reasonable price, good staff. Enjoyed the soups and sandwiches, haven't had the salads but my wife enjoyed hers.

Excellent service and clean restaurant. Mobile ordering is easy and they are always friendly. Can't say enough about this location.

They are hosting a free Thanksgiving meal for anyone interested until 2pm today (11/22/2018). Best customer service ever experienced!
