McDonald's

This morning has been rather hectic for me coming into the office so much so that I was in my car praying the entire way. I very very rarely stop at McDonalds, but today will be a long one so I decided to grab something to eat. I was all over the place with my ordering and yet the young lady taking orders at the drive-thru had such a beautiful and pleasant disposition even after I changed my mind on things multiple times. When I apologized, she said, "Oh no, it's ok." When I arrived at the window to pick up my food, the young man greeted me with a smile as well as he passed me my sweet tea! And then the third person, who I learned is the manager, came to thew window to let me know she was waiting on my condiments and she was just as pleasant, smiling and so professional. I always make it my business to give kudos when they are do, because we should let people know when they are doing awesome just as we are quickly as we are to let them know when they are not doing so great! These three interactions changed my entire day in just 6 minutes. You never know what people are going through. Now I'm smiling and going into this first meeting with a whole different disposition of my own, simply because strangers were so pleasant towards me this morning.

I will be honest about it. Most of the times i don't have good experiences with McDonald's, even though I love them. However, this location, my usual breakfast mobile pick-up spot before work, has been great. Clean, friendly, and quick in-and-out. And, this person named Lynell, I think he is an assistant manager or shift-leader, has been superb: always smiling, friendly, kind and accommodating. The other day for some reason my mobile order didn't go through correctly, but he made it right without any delay. Man, one of the best, if not the best, experience at McDonald's. Thank you for making my morning routines pleasant!!!

I ordered a fish sandwich combo the food was fresh and hot. My strawberry crème pies was fresh soft yet with that nice crisp . The caramel iced macchiato could have used some caramel around the inside of the cup everything was at the bottom didn’t blend well. But other than that 9/10.

My food was hot and fresh. Also, the cashier was very friendly.

Zee was the calmest most nicest McDonald’s associate that I’ve become acquainted with in a long time. The computers completely crashed, so she explained politely, apologized & helped me re-enter the order. Her personable demeanor & ethic is rare these days, so I made it a point to compliment this store.

They got to know me n my order by three visits

It's a hit or miss in the morning due to short staff. Sometimes you get there and plenty of staff, service is fast staff friendly my coffee is made just the way I ordered it. Sometimes, you show up, and there may not be anyone to serve you.

Spent 4 dollars on 2 double cheese burgers! Great deal!

I was pleased with my experience. The table people were wearing gloves. And I was satisfied my food was fresh. Management handled the situation in the drive thru very carefully.

Great place eat with family or friends for breakfast lunch and dinner.

This location has it right!!! The woman taking the orders in the drive-thru was super friendly, the person taking your money wore a mask and the gentleman passing your food through the window had on a mask, shirt, tie and had everything ready when I pulled up to the window. Kudos for the hot food and great service today!!!

I am a crew member of this store and I want to let everyone know that we are currently in the making of improving our store. I hate to see all of these negative complaints. I assure you that we are in the making of hiring and firing because obviously for the food to be messed up it had to be a human that messed it up.

The customer service is excellent at this location. A guy named Owen assisted me with my order. He was courteous , friendly and very patient while I was placing my order. His attire was very neat and he just looked happy to be at work. Not to mention my order was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this McDonald's to everyone I know.

And the very best cinnamon roll I've ever eaten in any fast food rest . Only a Baker could do better. Service quick excellent . Food above fast food expectations. Price terrific

I don't usually eat at McDonald's but it was the closet fast food. The service here was so awesome I had to call the manager on duty to let them know the staff was great. Drive thru was fast. This is the first time my tea didn't taste like syrup and my fries was fresh and hot👌

This Mcdonalds is the fastest and most friendly location. They have made a complete turn around in service and staff! They have been more consistent with service and speed and I always enjoy coming here. I don’t expect perfection from places bc I know how it is out here but this location is really setting the bar at a new level and standard. Great job to the team and the owners.

I just rode through like I do everyday to get my small mocha frappe and my husband got a large Coke and small fries and we actually had a blast just having that together! McDonald's brings a big smile to my face, and my tummy! LOL
I've been wanting to go to McDonald's every time I see it every time I see the golden arches! Now that I'm an adult I can go to McDonald's anytime anyplace! I don't know what it is!, But I like it!

The store was extremely busy, but the customer service is is Great 😊

It is not often you get a pleasant experience at McDonald’s but when you do you write a review. Tanika greeted us with the warmest smile and kindest words. If every employee would give half the energy she give McDonald’s would be alright with me. Not to mention the food was hot and not missing a thing. I hope when I return I receive the same experience.
