Walmart Pharmacy

Excellent customer service and professional. Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Pharmacist takes time to review medication directions. Team goes out of their way to follow up with a doctor's office whenever an issue arises. I wish more doctor's offices ran as smoothly as this pharmacy!

FYI everyone state of North Carolina has rules that Walmart has to follow. This location is always friendly and helpful I have been going here for about 6 years now.

I’ve had my prescriptions filled here for a few years now and never had a problem. A lot of my prescriptions are on Walmart’s $4 list and that really helps us financially!

The best customer service!!

Most of the time Rxs are ready. Lately when I call, they have not started filing the Rx, even though the doctor called it in 4-5 days before. They are also supposed to call my cell phone when Rx ready, but that has not been working. Refills are not that much of a problem, but new Rxs are. also, it seems like the website requires a new password every time I try to log in, so I quit going there. They should allow us to keep our password.

Helpful pharmasist information but so slowwww filling orders. Always super busy and never answer the phone. Hire more people. Put in a drive thru please!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called to see when my Rx would be ready they transferred it to Georgia…..I call back and let them know they messed up and they tell me I need to call Georgia and then call the other Walmart I would like it filled at. This is ridiculous.

EDIT: I'll give credit where credit is due. The manager who told me yesterday to call the store called me and apologized for the situation (both the incorrect transfer and having me call the other wal-marts).

For price, it's one of the lowest priced pharmacies around, but it is the slowest pharmacy on the face of the Earth. Went in day of for a prescription that should take only 15 minutes and was there for over an hour waiting.if you want your prescription in a timely manner put it in a day in advance so that you're not there for hours waiting.

They used to be decent but now they are pretty much horrible! I have a prescription that say it's been filled but I have not got a call or text saying it's ready... They take forever to pick up the phone. Then they put someone on the phone that's usually clueless about anything you are talking about. The lines be super long.. customer service isn't that great. I think it's like 3 people there that I love to deal with.

This place used to be ran like a well oiled machine until Ken left. Now it’s a train wreck. I can’t get anything filled when it should be. They have no clue how to treat their customers. They have NO clue how to do their job that’s a fact. I’ve been standing here over an hour waiting on 2 prescriptions. It’s a joke. This place is a joke. After thanksgiving I’ll never come here again. Pharmacist just slammed my meds on the counter she knows I’m not happy and I can tell she hates her job so why be here? Go find something you enjoy other than making other peoples lives miserable. Jennifer and the cashiers are great but i can’t make my dr apts around her schedule unfortunately 😂 it’s the new pharmacist. I get it, they don’t know me but that doesn’t mean you should treat people like that. I shouldn’t have to wait almost 2 hours for a prescription after I just worked all day. I just want to go home and relax. I’ll call the pharmacy 10x and they won’t answer but I use a different phone they pick it right up. They judge you based on your prescription history. Not as a human being. That’s the real issue imo

Have had a few experiences where I would go there and my prescriptions weren't ready when they should have been. Today went to pick 1 up, they told me 10-15 minutes. It was 50 minutes, I went up to the desk, the girl told me 5 more minutes. Not her fault. I waited 15 minutes, said I was leaving at that point the gave it to me. I moved my prescriptions to Holly Springs Walmart.
