The LEGO® Store Crabtree

Located inside of Crabtree Valley Mall (1st floor) in Raleigh, NC, this store is a must-visit for any fan of Lego. Offering a good selection of Lego sets from various themes (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lego City, etc.) including adult-targeted sets (the black box ones.) You can build a custom minifig (3 for $10), and buy minifig blind boxes. Some minifig keychains, too.

Called earlier today and spoke with Lisa W. and she was extremely nice and helpful. Answered a few questions and was happy putting my Ferrari Daytona on hold packed and ready to go. I came in and good energy with the staff, I met Phillip at the register and told him Lisa W. has my Daytona in the back waiting on me and he gladly went back and got it for me. I also got a gift 🎁 as well which took me by surprise. Very happy with my purchase and excited for the build.

It's all we got in the area so how can we be mad. I just wish they would be allocated more release day Legos. I've driven to the location on release day mornings and they are sold out by 11am. Someone has got to look at reports and think that it's worth sending more sets to this location. The staff is always nice and the store is clean.

This was our first time here and my 6yr old had a blast! Watching his face light up at the random Lego statues was worth every penny. Highly recommend 👌

We love the Lego store at Crabtree. The staff is fabulous at customer service. The store is merchandised pristinely and has the best selections. Jared & Tyler were super helpful and ran the extra mile to help me get the right set for my nephew for graduation. This store has been consistent in service etc for many years. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is a Lego store. Employees are friendly and greet everyone as they walk in. Very helpful as you would expect, to include going to the back to get a set that did not have a damaged box. Conveniently located near the mall entrance on the lower floor.

Great store, convenient location within Crabtree Mall, and has a very large selection of LEGO sets for all ages. This is the only official LEGO store in central NC.

Staff is always friendly and eager to assist you without being pushy.

Prices of LEGOs have definitely increased over the years, so be prepared. However this is not the fault of this store location. I recommend visiting if you are a LEGO fan yourself, or if looking for a great gift.

I went inside today just to look around and I off handedly asked an associate if they had a spare leg in the back for my Darth Vader keychain that was missing a leg. The associate (I forgot his name), was so nice and offered to look in the back. He came back and gave us a spare darth Vader he found in the back to replace mine. He really didn’t have to, but it goes to show how nice the employees/brand are.

LEGOS!!!! I've been here a few times and every time at least one of the employees has greeted me. Last time I went I was looking for a specific set that I couldn't find. I asked one of the employees about at and they told me they've been out of stock of it for awhile but also informed me they alwere getting a shipment in soon and to check back then. The employee also told me they weee getting some brand new sets too that I should be on the lookout for. But at no time in the conversation was he pushy or trying to tell me something. He appeared to be happy talking about Legos and wanted to share in his excitement.

Love this store! As everyone has stated, yes, it’s smaller than other Lego stores but the staff makes it the best! Always a stop for us while at Crabtree!

I called the store to check to see if they had an item and the phone was answered by a lovely woman named Virginia. She checked the item and they indeed had it in stock. She held the item for me until I arrived! The customer service at this location is impeccable!!!

Incredible! Everything was Awesome. Hard not to sing the song while you're in the store. The displays are phenomenal. It will definitely inspire your imagination and creativity. Beyond all the many themes and sets (Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Preschool, fantasy, towns, vehicles), they have an entire wall of Pick and Build. It's full of individual pieces; all different colors, shapes and sizes. You even build your own minifigure. The staff (or Brick Specialists) were great to interact with customers. While I was there, one Brick Specialist was building something on a display table. Each store seems unique and they are always adding new sets. I enjoy go through any Lego store I find; I've seen life-size lego man on a horse fighting a dragon, and all sorts of stuff. Worth the time to at least walk through. There is also a VIP loyalty program.

I grew up loving Legos and passed that on to my children! They've passed the love for Legos to my grandchildren so my husband and I went in browsing for Christmas gifts. My husband has been a lifetime chess player and chess set collector. I had recently seen a Lego chess set online and wanted to see if they had it in the store. The salesperson Derek was absolutely wonderful! He approached, asked if there was something he could do to help us. I ask him if the store had the chess set. He said they did, he took us over and showed it to us. He also took the time to explain several features on this chess set that I had not seen on the Internet. My husband loved it! I had not intended on buying it that day but thanks to Derek's help, that Lego Chess Set came home with us! Go by the Lego Store at Crabtree Mall and ask for Derek!!

I've never been to this mall, but I visited in November when my friend needed to pick up a Lego gift for his son. I had no intention of buying anything until I saw this. My Xennial heart!

The store itself is really small, but the staff was friendly. There were a lot of items here, but I didn't recognize many of them. There was a wide selection of small sets and ginormous ones, and lots of different sale items, like the Spice Girls. I think I paid $30 for this.

WONDERFUL employees running a very clean and well taken care of store. Manager was nice and D (that’s her name) was lovely and super helpful. Excited to go back!

Always a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had adjusted well for limited capacity and tweak some of their offerings for pandemic friendly protocols. When they saw we were getting an expansion for the Super Mario set they made sure we knew that we needed the starter set for it to work. We already had this but I appreciated the thought.

Really fun store with a huge selection of Lego products! The staff are also incredibly friendly!

The store was great. It was so easy to shop with them limiting the # of people inside. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. Dave was very helpful pointing out new items for the kids

We had a great visit here with our kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great selection in what looked like a small space. We were inspired by the big Lego masterpieces like the Titanic. Even though we came for our kids, it makes us want to buy our own Legos to do instead of puzzles. Definitely worth a visit for anyone coming to the mall!
