Starbucks

I ordered breakfast at this Starbucks location online early this morning. I went in to pick up my order and was surprised to see only one associate working since in the past I have seen at least three employees working at a time. The one young lady named Jada, I saw working behind the counter was doing the drive thru, online orders and taking orders over the counter. She was not rushing but she was moving with such urgency to fulfill everyone's orders in a prompt fashion. Essentially she was doing the work of three staff members and all the while she was staying composed, efficient, and pleasant. Most people would be so frustrated in a situation of being short staffed that they would indicate their frustrations through conversation or body language. She remained a professional the entire time and even gave me my order with a smile on her face. I thank Jada for the incredible service she provided me today and hope Starbucks gets the right staff members around her so that this location can be successful.

Super friendly staff, nice outdoor table area at this location. Got myself the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Ham and Swiss Croissant and y’all already know. It was great. 🙂

Very kind staff, well stocked pastries and fresh boxed healthy snacks, quick service, and my coffee was excellent.

Friendly place!! Maybe add some garbage cans to the drive through lane. People seem to be dumping garbage out there.

Second time that i order my coffee and they don't fill the cup to the top im paying $ 7 dollar for this, so disappointed

Whoever made my matcha needs their pus ate, respectfully, it was the best matcha i’ve ever slurped

Normally I have to wait forever to even be able to ask someone about my order and an online order usually takes at least 20 minutes to get. Today, Damien was very attentive to the customers coming in for online pick ups asking for names, letting us know how long it would be. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent and friendly customer service; a great environment to study / work. Can get busy, but always clean and well stocked. Very consistent store, clearly well managed. Can get a tad cold of you stay for a while, but that is how most AC'd establishments are like. The background music is always spot on too!

I love the service in Drive thru they are always friendly ..the inside not so much from some of the barista

Mad respect for the staff. A couple weeks ago we had a terrible snow storm. I've driven plenty in storms like this over the years on the ambulance and fire department. That day was one of the worse and i was driving a truck. The entrie staff not only came to work and opened, but they were so pleasant and unphased. We waited out the storm a little longer and canceled our drive.to vt because of weather. Thank you, because coffee is what runs 1st and 3rd shift!!

I use this Starbucks to study for a change of environment. Good atmosphere and the young college kids they employ are friendly. I've been here multiple times and they deserve a good rating. Unfortunately it can get crowded at times but you can't blame a business for that (it just means their doing well).

Crowded right now. It is not usually crowded at all. Alot of times the edge fitness people come in, but not enough to overcrowd the place. Prime location and staff is very polite. They pay close attention to every detail, and they make sure they know everyone's name. I've never had to wait more than three minutes for my coffee.

Great location with great baristas! Sometimes I have to wait a little longer for my mobile order when it’s crowded, but that’s understandable. For the past few weeks, my orders have been available right on time.

Coffee is great. Staff are always pleasant, always busy and coffee is very good. Pastries not so good (they seem greasy and high in calories). I also think they're too expensive, lol but I like it here.

Great welcoming atmosphere thanks to Donato! He greets everyone that walks in (even if they don’t greet back 😂). Staff is quick and friendly! Great job hiring AWESOME staff!

I do like the coffee, the staff, the location, and design. but there is one thing is i would like from you is reduce the air condition at night because i really i want to stay but it's so cold. otherwise very this is very good/

Great shop in a very high traffic area. Service was great even while it was busy. I would reccomend that they restructure the parking lot. Traffic around the plaza was rather hectic. In all, the chai was fantastic and the shop was very clean and well ran.
