They went out of there way to look for an item that they thought they had. The young lady actually looked for over thirty minutes, she went to the back to look and everything. I told her that it was okay, I would return, but she was on a mission and was so very puzzled cause she couldn't find my item. I give them five ⭐'s for trying. It did show that they carried online that is why I stopped in, because that perfume is very hard to come by. They were all polite and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. I still have not gotten my bottle of perfume, yet, but I will. Thanks very much to all of ULTA's help

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. I think there is a manger named Amber, I love her. She made me feel so confident and helped me find exactly what I needed! What a babe! Also Morgan laminated my eyebrows, I love her too. We talk about everything and anything and she's a 10/10 as well. Good job, Ulta.

One of my favorite shops for perfume 🛍 hair accessories, makeup and all my beauty needs!

Megan really spent the time with me to learn about my skin and what works and what doesn't. She was able to help me find the right products to address the concerns that I have and then pick out makeup from there. I’ve been in before and color matched and wasn't happy with the results and she was able to get it spot on! She’s a gem!!

I live in Baltimore but my family is still in the area, so whenever I visit I simply choose to go to this location. The staff is amazing, Jenn does my hair perfect everytime without ever trying to over charge and she is very timely and just awesome. Morgan is fantastic with eyebrows. My family goes to Kim for their hair and it is never bad. If I were to suggest a Ulta location in pittsburgh it would be this one.

All of the stylists are phenomenal. I am partial to Nicole. The facility is always clean and easy to navigate. The staff is most helpful.

Newer store. Close to Lowe's to you can go with your wife to Ulta and run to Lowe's while she is there. Friendly staff and recently remodeled from previous store. Clean and stocked.

My favorite Ulta in the area!!! If you need your brows done...stop at the brow bar and let Morgan work her magic! Love her!! I love this store and how helpful everyone is!!

Staff is very friendly. Went for hair straightener and blow dryer. They had a moderate amount of selections. Staff helpful.

Kim does my hair and she always does a great job. She makes great suggestions and always takes the time to style it after my services to make it look even better.

People there were most helpful, and knew their products.

Well,staff was friendly and helpful,I took my daughter to get makeup,she needed some for a wedding next weekend,and we'll,I spent way more than was expecting, 😂,but I assumed I was any way,teenager,go figure 😂😂😂

Morgan at the brow bar does the most amazing job. She is also one of the kindest people out there!
