Starbucks

My coffee experience at this location is swell times ten. They have patience with me whilst I ponder the menu, only to order the same thing every time. Even if my coffee was $50 a cup, I would come here.

To Lucas--if I could give zero stars...haha just kidding.

Limited staff. I stood at the register with a staff person making a drink. She couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask me to wait.
She turned away from me and I asked her if I was in the wrong place to order???
Then she acknowledged me and asked me to wait for a young man to come. He was pleasant and took my order.
It took 10 minutes for my name to be called. There were 8 people inside.
Not a great experience.

Absolute sweetest employees I have ever met. Always so helpful with recommendations, placing an order, and over all answering any questions.

Best Starbucks Experience! 20/5 stars! This was the cleanest, nicest, most delicious, and joyful Starbucks experience we have ever had. The manager was super nice and staffers made the best lattes my husband and I have had in a long long time! We brought our 2 small children inside the store because we needed a car break, due to traveling from Michigan, and the store was so welcoming and helpful to our frazzled holiday traveling selves. Great experience. Please recognize this store for there hard work and welcoming spirit. Everything was above and beyond. Thank you so much!

This team at Starbucks is friendly and they make my coffee, perfect every time! The gentleman who works drive-thru some days, he's a hoot!

Drive thru is nice and quick. Much better than the new Dunkin Donuts location.

Very nice and clean location. Mobile order was done quickly. Close to my hotel : ) My drink was as it I would expect it.....so nice to be able to rely on that unlike the Dunkin down the road from here.

Stopped by here and had the best service. Carrick is the best! We chatted, everyone was so nice. Thank you from the twins from Florida!

I pre-order and by the time I get to the store it is always ready for me! So convenient! And the baristas here are always so polite and have a smile on their faces!

Amazing staff here, a lady saved me the Illinois been there series mug as I called ahead and made sure they had it! She was very nice and her coworker said they had enough mocha left for my man to have a grande mocha latte!!

Staff is always super friendly and happy to help. They always make my orders just right every time. And they always have their full menu of hot food in stock.

This particular Starbucks is my go to for sure.

Had the nicest experience today (1:30pm) at the Ottawa, IL drive thru.
I had ordered a grande coffee with cream. When I got to the window they were out of coffee and brewing another pot. I told them no worries if it’s easier I could do a latte. They happily made a latte and gave me a gift card for the next time I come to Starbucks. When I went to pay the difference for my latte (already had paid for my coffee) they told me I did owe anything.
The complete experience was amazing!!! The people working here definitely need to be rewarded for excellence customer service.

I been to several Starbucks and so far this is the best, I was impressed by Hillary, she has an amazing customer service, she made feel welcome and appreciated. I will definitely be coming back.

The lady at the drive through remembered me from a previous time (Jen) and treated me to a coffee. I thought that was sweet. She's a wonderful employee and I always enjoy the coffee made at this Starbucks.

Line was a little long seemed a little slow moving inside morris, Chicago ridge and oak lawn a lot faster. Still overall nice place good friendly people.

I would never pay for the over priced, gross coffee. But my daughter and her friends love it! Always great service. Including always trying to give me a free mini cup because I never order anything for myself.

They get more order right every time at this Starbucks.
