My bank would not do a notary for a POA, and they referred me to a UPS, i had no idea UPS did that.
The process was quick and easy and had a small fee with a free copy at the end.

I take full advantage of Amazon returns and treat it like a dressing room so being only 2 streets over, the staff here unfortunately gets to deal with me often. I often show up last minute and unprepared when I actually do need to ship something out and yet I've always felt completely welcome. Staff has gone out of their way to help with measurements and boxes, answer all my stupid questions and kept on smiling as I try to remember what QR code goes to what while holding my dog. Most places I frequent can't keep employees and the ones that do, oddly dont want to work. It speaks volumes about the owner/ management to see a genuine competent hard working staff. You guys help my world keep moving! ❤ 🌎 🤓 see you guys soon ! Haha 🙄😋

Darren and his staff are amazing. I needed ny resume printed and this was the place to get it done with ease. They had different paper types depending on how you like your thickness of paper and colors. I emailed the store from my phone and Darren printed my resume seconds later. Was in and out in 4 minutes. Thanks again!!

Update 12/31/21: This location did a great job of staffing during the difficult 2020 and 2021 years while UPS stores in nearby areas (such as the one at 1255 East Vista Way, Vista) were so short staffed that they were actually closed on some business days.

I can't speak for other UPS stores, but the Carlsbad Village UPS Store is a great!

I used the store twice last week for sending 3 packages to international destinations. I received both days awesome service and help from Julia . Everyone was fast , friendly and effective. I can only just say great team and store .

I left my home for the first time in six weeks, other than daily walks, to have printed, notarized, and mailed documents requesting my brother's death certificate. I was a little shaken and Julia could not have been kinder or more helpful. She made something difficult a little easier. Darren was very kind as well. Thank you.

Love this UPS store. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They never charge you extra for printing labels, using packing tape or shipping with prepaid labels (unlike other UPS franchise stores).

All good each time I go in. After reading some of the bad reviews, I think some people are just grumpy. They've always been a great help to me. Thanks and I will be back very soon!
