This used to be my favorite store they had great customer service Are used to shop there all the time things have changed so much I miss the girls that used to work there they were very friendly. Carlsbad was my favorite place to shop it’s been about three years I haven’t been in the stores I was well known are used to take my granddaughter shopping there too she loved it and the original ladies that work there love my granddaughter.
What happened to our wonderful customer service????

They had cute clothes but the staff ruined it for me. I wouldn't recommend going in that store if you're having a bad day. The staff did not leave me alone and complimented the shirt I was wearing four times. I told them not to put clothes in my room & they did anyway. I was asked 5 times by 5 different employees if they could hold my shoes for me while I shopped, I eventually just left the store and didn't buy anything. I am not the only one that thinks this because I witnessed another girl do the same thing and told them their service was horrible. More people would purchase these clothes if they developed sections or came to an understanding that one employee per person. It was annoying and I won't be going back.
