Most organized sports card shop in the area for sure! Owner Pete and Ben are always so helpful and kind with fair prices and great customer service, highly recommend to any collectors or newbies to the hobby. Super family-friendly and overall relaxing and fun environment!!!

As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me, and made me feel very welcomed. I checked the shop around, they have a huge selection to choose from! I was able to snag a couple bulls, bears, and white sox cards. Great atmosphere, terrific service. Would definitely recommend to collectors!

Pete has an all around great shop. The selection, staff, and prices are what you want in your local card shop. When I got back into collecting, I walked into Pete's shop, and he gave me valuable advice that has paid off tremendously. Hands down, World Champs Sports Cards is my go to shop!

Pete, the owner, is incredibly welcoming, fair, honest, and treats everyone like a friend! I've watched him be super fair to kids and new customers and treats regulars Incredibly well. People like him are why I continue to come back in every week!

My family and I went to world champs to try and sell some of my mothers collection and the owner of the establishment Pete was MORE than fair he took are time with us and was very nice as well. So take a trip to world champs if your a sports fan or even a Pokémon fan all of the staff is very nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming I will definitely be stopping by again!

Ive been a customer of Pete's now for 5 years! I'll occasionally visit other shops in the area, but rarely buy anything, as many of these shops are overpriced, and are unwilling to negotiate! As a result World Champs Sports Cards is my go to shop! Ive traveled around the country visiting various card shops with my son, and Pete's has the friendliest, and most knowledgeable and honest staff in the midwest! Pete's is the "Cheers Bar!" of Sports Card Shops!!! He has the most organized, cleanest, and friendliest shop around with the best variety of merchandise and best priced cards and sports memorabilia available! He goes over and above to make all his customers happy, which is evidenced by all the phenomenal reviews he gets! The only bad reviews he ever gets are from "Grumpy Old Farts" who come in to sell him their cards from the "Junk Wax Era" which they think are worth thousands, which are actually worthless, and they leave mad cuz Pete didn't buy their junk! So, If you want to go to a Fabulous Shop, meet friendly people, talk sports, spend time looking at really cool, and timeless vintage and current cards and memorabilia head to World Champ Sports Cards! Let me start off by saying I was slightly hesitant about visiting this shop after reading some reviews, but those people have to be full of Bologna. This shop is easily one of my favorites in the area. Pete is a super friendly owner who is passionate about sports cards and loves to assist his customers in finding whatever they are looking for. He helped me find some great Cards for my Olajuwon collection, and was a delight to converse with while looking through cards. I was in town visiting from DC, but I will make sure to always stop by when I’m in the area! Thanks Pete!!

Really cool store. Small but they have a lot packed into that small space. I was only there because another reviewer said they had a good pokemon card selection and I agree. They sold many varieties of booster packs and limited edition merchandise. Apart from that they also sold individual cards. I'll definitely be back.

What a wonderful experience! My wife and I stop by sports card places all over northern Illinois and this was honestly the best so far. “Mr. Hockey” Pete and Ray were knowledgeable, incredibly nice and fun to just shoot the s—t with. They had a bunch of people stop in while we there and it’s obvious they’ve built a great sports card community here. Bonus: they have a nice selection of hockey singles and boxes, as well as Magic the Gathering, which are hard to find in the Midwest.

Pete and the guys at World Champs were amazing, went in there with the intention to sell my cards and they assisted me with the whole process. Very grateful for the hospitality and the environment is every sports fans dream.

My son and I stopped to check out some sport memorabilia. The place is loaded with memorabilia! A lot of Chicago teams and so much more! I was impressed with the store! Very clean and a lot to look at! There were 3 staff members and all of them greeted us and ask if we needed help! Very friendly place with so much in stock to check out! We stopped in to check it out, and stayed 40 mins and they gained a new customer for life. Great place for any card, or sport collector, or a dad who wants to see his kid smile! Thanks again!!!

Pete greeted my brother Ed & I as soon as we walked in. He took the time to look thru the cards we brought and explained which ones he was interested in. Pete did some research and offered us a fair price. Ed & I will recommend this place.

What a great place, asked them to put together a mystery box for my little cousin who is just getting into cards and I have never seen him more happy when he opened it! Such a great shop, good prices on Pokémon too!

I stopped into Dean’s Dugout in Naperville to see if I could sell my deceased brothers collection. He immediately recommended Pete at World Champs. I was very impressed with World Champs SC and with Pete. I mentioned I was not a collector and that I had my brother’s cards. He had three other customers at the time, but he said, bring them in. He finished up with the other customers and was very hospitable with me. He was patient and took the time to look through ten binders, combination of baseball, football and hockey cards. My task was to sell these and honor my brother. Pete was very upfront and I believe he made a very generous offer. I hope he finds some other “diamonds in the rough” amongst the collection. When I decided to sell some of my childhood baseball cards 'World Champs Sports Cards' was the shop that popped up nearest to my home. I had a rough estimate of what my collection was worth after searching 'recently sold' on eBay, but I had no idea what to expect. Upon walking in I met Pete who took a look at my collection and let me know which cards he was interested in. He took care to do his own research and came to a similar conclusion as to the cards' value. He walked me through his system for evaluating what he could pay, and I have to say it made sense and was MORE than fair. After negotiating a fair price I left feeling like I got a great deal. Big thanks to Pete and Worlds Champs Sports Cards! If I decide to sell any more memorabilia I'll be stopping here first.
