The UPS Store

I needed a notary at 8:30 am on a Monday. Most of their stores said the Notary doesn't com in till 10:00. But this store had a notary on site early in the morning. It was a huge help that day.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, so helpful with my Amazon return that needed a printed label. Handled both returns seemlessly. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

The team here at this location work hard to serve the community and the clients.

This is a very busy store, but the employees always manage to be helpful and polite. I have never had a problem shipping things from this location. They are even helpful when I accidentally bring something into the store that should be shipped by that other company.

The people at this location are so nice! I had a massive box that somehow got stuck in my car and Sean helped me repack the box and ship it off. He was great!

I rarely use packing and shipping services. I called the UPS store no. 2975 in Nashville Tennessee to pick up an item for me and ship it. Not only was the store manager, Kenny, responsive, but extremely knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, and Kenny went the extra mile to make sure that my pickup and delivery was completely taken care of. My package arrived, well wrapped, in perfect condition and on time.
In the future if I have any shipping needs, I will definitely contact UPS store no. 2975 in Nashville Tennessee!

Best UPS Store in town! I trust them with all of my shipping and packaging needs. Just simply bring the item in you want shipped and they will take care of the rest.

I highly recommend going to the UPS Store 2975 on West End and asking for Kenny Parsons for any, and all things such as printing jobs and/or packing odd collections. The man is great! He will take care of you! I will definitely be back for more print jobs!

Always a good experience when I go into this location. The guys are all pretty helpful. Kenny saw me struggling and came to my car and got big the boxes that I needed help with. He’s always pretty helpful, but went above and beyond yesterday!

Came in 30 minutes before closing and was patiently and kindly assisted by Parroush and Trent! I came in confused about the whole printing and notary process and was left impressed with their swift expertise in answering all my questions. 10/10 experience and service.

I have been coming here for over a year and at first the lines were insane and with Covid restrictions it seemed everyone was grumpy. However, in time as I frequented the location for shipping packages (because the local USPS is awful) and returning Amazon items I have grown to love the location. It’s convenient. It has a great card and packing selection. And team members like Kenny remember you, are friendly and professional. People like him make it easy for you to be loyal to a location.

This is the UPS store we always go to. When we walked in last week we could tell the vibe was different, in a positive way, and there were different employees. We received exceptional customer service from Parroush! Zachary came over to speak with us and was very nice. We hope they stay at this location!
