I went I to get window wipers for my wife and before I could look them up Nick ask me what I needed, found them and even put them on when I asked if I needed a screwdriver to replace the old ones.

My husband and I walked into auto zone today needing spark plugs and carb cleaner and we had the pleasure of dealing with “ Jeff F” he was super patient with my husband due to the fact that he has a broken debit card he didn’t catch all the additional attitude for them having to manually put his info in. He also has a personality to be recognized as respectable while he was helping us. Thank you Jeff for making our visit quick, and loaded with smiles and laughs. I hope you don’t leave auto zone because we come here more often than we’d like to. You were wonderful today and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again.

I was a customer Tuesday Nov 8th 2022 @ 7:10pm Receipt # 324660. Nick does a great job & provides excellent customer service! My SUV is 13 yrs old. I needed a rear wiper blade. All I’ve ever been offered is a 10 inch blade, Nick gave me an option of 10 or 11 inch blade. I bought the 11 inch, fair price, he installed it in seconds. It’s a Hummer H3, poor visibility because of small windows. The bigger blade clears a noticeably larger section of rear window, which improves visibility. Nick is excellent!!!

Must say very pleased that Nick T took time out to instal battery in my H2 and I noticed it was a very busy morning for him. Thank you Nick.

Had to grab some wipers quickly. The ones the dealer installed had different clips. The staff was very helpful in helping me install the correct clips and remove the messed up old wipers. Even in the rain.

I needed a new battery installed, after having AAA come out and jumpstart my car, and Nick at Auto Zone in Ottawa was super helpful and installed it for me very quickly. Nick even alerted me to another potential issue I should get checked out at my regular service shop which was way beyond my expectations. I would very much recommend this Auto Zone.

More than important than just good auto parts, this location has Top Notch customer service too! Nick was awesome to do business with! My Mom's car wouldn't start and not knowing what the issue was, we started by removing the battery and taking it to AutoZone. Nick quickly took the battery to the back to test and sure enough, the battery was dead. Within minutes he explained our options for choosing a new battery, we chose the one we wanted, paid for it and were out the door in 10 minutes. The store was very clean and easy to navigate.

Battery on our van died from the cold. My friend gave me a jump start and told me to go straight to Autozone. So glad I did. As soon as I walked in, Nick gave me his full attention, walking me through the whole process thoroughly, but also efficiently. Very friendly service. Got our new battery installed quickly. Plus they offered a price match guarantee, so I got a great price on my new battery. I’ll definitely be back next time I need auto parts.
