I went in to purchase the new marvel Spider-Man special edition PS5 along with a charging station, extra controller, Spider-Man Miles Morales and Mortal Kombat 1. I was instantly greeted by John and Juniper, they have answered all of the many questions I had along with making some awesome recommendations. Both of them are very good people I highly recommend this GameStop due to their amazing customer service! Keep it up guys, thanks again John and Juniper!

The guys were sooooo knowledgeable. I renewed my daughter's member AND sold her Pokémon game on eBay for $60. Thanks guys. We will see ya in January.

I went to purchase a remote and charging station for a PS5, and walked away with just that. The young lady at the register answered every question I had with a polite attitude.

My son was looking for call of duty black ops 2. I searched high and low and while I was delivering a load near this game stop I called and they had one copy. The young man held it for me until I was able to get down there. It wasn't easy in a semi but we made it happen. Thanks guys, you made my boy very happy.

This GameStop is sweet, I bought a used game here that ended up having a strange problem installing. I had lost my receipt but the guy at the store was great and just looked me up and gave me an exchange. Great customer service.

This was a very nice and very organized store. It was super clean the staff was super nice. They had a bunch of clearance items. They had things I've never seen before. It was an amazing experience

Great service, came in looking for left for dead 2, they said they didn’t have the first game of the series but went out of their way to tell me which store had the first game while they were busy. These guys are great!

I want to personally thank the Store Manager Michale for his assistance with the second purchase of an XBox 1X.

We initially purchased the XBox from the Game Stop in Gurnee and after 1 week we realized we had a LEMON. My son was on support with both Microsoft, Comcast and Netflix to figure out the issue and there was no resolution and complete disbelief that what was happening was the case.

We called back to the Gurnee store and they we willing to take the machine back in after describing our story, however, they did not have a unit. They suggested other locations and the specific unit that we purchased was not available.

We stopped in on a whim to the Bolingbrook store and dealt with Michael and he was great to work with. From my understanding he took this in as a loss to his store as the did not sell us the initial unit but we are grateful he did.

Since the return and replacement all has been great with the XBox and streaming so we are a happy family again.

Thanks for going above and beyond the typical customer service and we all appreciate your help.

See you again soon and I hope you got the credit for the unit.
