A great little pearl hidden away from the busy streets, offering a wonderful piece of peace and serenity, with a cozy garden and cute finger foods.
We enjoyed their beautiful decorated afternoon tea plate, a great selection of sandwiches you choose between, together with different scones and cakes. Making it a tower of deliciousness together with amazing tea flavors.
The staff is great at pampering you, making sure you are enjoying your time to the fullest.
If you are in the mood to spoil yourself, definitely come by and give them a try, I know for sure we will be back soon again.

The food was fresh, and the presentation was just gorgeous. My group and I all had a variety of meals, and everyone only had good things to say. We had 4 different types of teas in our group, and each one was delicious in their own way. Staff was friendly. Wasn't too overly busy on a Sunday late morning. Would definitely visit again once I'm back in town.

I’m embarrassed to say I did not discover this place until now. It was a wonderful experience and everything I had was super delicious. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast but my favorite is lunch. Sometimes there is a little wait to be seated. Overall great service from the staff. It’s a smaller place, but they have great outdoor seating if you go on a nice day. You must try the house favorite (and mine) Coconut Cocoa black tea and any of the salads with the “Meme’s Dressing” is delicious. The scones are good, not amazing, butterscotch and chocolate chip are my favorites. I can’t get enough of the cucumber finger sandwiches too. It’s always a treat when I can come and eat here. I should also add that you can buy any of their loose leaf teas to take home and you can come ask for a cup of hot or iced tea for take out.
Ask what their soup of the day if you are in the mood. I had an amazing Red Pepper Gouda soup that was to die for!

Delicious tea, great food. Customer service was exceptional. Small 5 seat waiting room was a little rough, when there were about 12 pole waiting (including my group of 4). Wait time was only about 20 min, which was also pretty good for a Sunday. We had tea, sandwiches, a few desserts, and some delicious scones. Great experience overall.

Went for a birthday and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff were super nice and friendly. Even lit the birthday candles for us. Food was great and their tea selection is nothing like I've ever seen.

This was my first time visiting Tea Elle C Garden Cafe. I was greeted right away and made to feel welcome. My friend met me a short time later. We elected to enjoy our lunch and tea on the patio. Our server greeted us, took care of our order, and came back several times throughout our meal to make sure we had our every need met. Our lunch was delicious, the teas we chose were delightful, and our desserts were out of this world. You just have to try their scones! We purchased some tea to take home. I will definitely be returning for another visit!

I have been going to the tea gardens regularly for many years. The large variety of teas means there is something for everyone and they can be ordered hot or iced. There are many options from delicious eggs Benedict to lighter more healthier dishes. They also have a wide selection of sweet treats. While they are very popular it is still easy for me to grab a quiet table on the patio and unwind with a good book.

It was so cute with a really nice selection of tea. The food was good and service was equally good.

My favorite breakfast place, their hashbrowns are life! I get the english morning, even comes with a scone (butterscotch scone).

First time here. It's a nice cosy place with pasteries available. Yum! Picked up 6 teas. They even filled up my tea bottle for me which was great. Will definitely come bacm in the near future.

My husband is Scottish and missed having afternoon tea. This is a cute cafe with lots of great options for meals, afternoon tea, breakfast, and obviously tea. The servers are friendly and attentive. Great place to go and saw people of all ages. The scones are hot and delicious.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m always greeted warmly at the door. I love both the inside and outside sitting area. I’m very picky about the area I sit at and when I don’t like the table and ask for a different one they have never made me feel uncomfortable. The food is top notch, my favorite is the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich and the white chocolate scones. The tea set up is cute and the cups are big so you can poor a good amount of tea. Overall this is a great and relaxing experience. I definitely recommend.

Amazing restaurant for all tea lovers! An ideal place for friends meeting or family breakfasts. They have a huge variety of the tea and delicious scones!

The tea, food and service was great. It's hard to find tea houses with good variety but they've got it.

Had a great experience today at the tea garden. The patio was clean and tables spaced out. The staff had masks and were very friendly and attentive even in this heat. They took temperature before seating. I felt safe and it was a wonderful breakfast. Food was delicious as well. Love the cranberry scones.

Love this spot! They really know what they are doing when it comes to tea. So many tea houses don't know how to properly steep tea, but this place always does it right, I've never been served anything less than perfect. Also, lots of options for vegetarians, carnivores alike. Their scones are my favorite, definitely reccomend trying them. Our servers have always been nice, attentive, and very knowledgeable. You may find there can be a bit of a wait, but it is totally worth it.

I had a cheese omelet with hash browns and bacon. All fresh and hot. Daughter had a grilled tuna sandwich that was the best.
Hostess and our waitress Taylor were both friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back. Great locale too.

We popped in for a coffee and cake and managed to arrive just before the lunchtime rush. We were seated as soon as we came in the side door in front of the fireplace. Our order was taken quickly, the kids loved the deluxe stir in hot chocolates are the coffee was great! As were the shortbread and meringues. They also have a great selection of whiskeys if you fancy a wee dram with your lunch
