Captain D's

Got the restaurant to have 3 crew members working tonight they done and outstanding job and the food was hot and delicious. 1 lady worked the front and drive thur, she didn’t slow down. I commend you young lady done an outstanding job from my point of view. Keep up the great work

Went there today around 3:20 and Ms.TeTe was amazing!!!! She took my order then when I pulled up to the window I seen her going to the back area to fix the food as well. A guy came straight to the kitchen area(not washing his hands or anything) and no gloves just was standing there talking and laughing while she was working. He then pulls his pants from his crack and pulls his pants up...still didn't wash his hands and still not working just talking and laughing while MsTeTe continues to work. The reason I gave my review a 5 is ONLY because of her....

We stopped in to grab lunch and our cashier was awesome her name is Tosha she is the example of a great customer service atmosphere I will be back and hope all are as dedicated to going over and beyond for their customers

The food was fresh and hot,the female at window was very polite,just hate the road work their doing causes them to lose a lot of business due to it's kinda difficult to get to the restaurant.

The food is alwY hot and very good. The service is excellent as well. The staff greet you when you walk in the door, they help with your selection as that is very are when you not sure what you want.

My boyfriend and I came in for lunch and was very pleased with the service the crew members provided. They were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to split the check between the both of us and the cashier wasn’t sure how to do it but with no problem she called on her manager and they were able to take care of it. The food was excellent! We will definitely be back 🙌💯

Food always fresh, great service, nice employees and very clean resteraunt.

The team working the night of January 18th was wonderful. I had a doordash issue and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I had already had a bad day so it meant a lot that the manager on duty and staff were so kind. I hope the district manager and staff see this and know how much it was appreciated.

After another nearby “Captain” restaurant completely dropped the ball on my Grubhub order (resulting in my 3yo waiting over an hour to get the fried fish he wanted), I placed an order for delivery with this Captain D’s location.

We ordered a Supreme Sampler along with an order of Funnel Cake Stix. My son loved the variety of foods that were in the sampler and was also a huge fan of the funnel cake.
The food was hot, tasted fresh, was packaged well, and they even included each of the five sauces I requested in my order. The portion size was great for the price, as it was more than enough food for the two of us to share.

Everything in my delivery was correct and they had it ready to send out before the other restaurant (Hook’s) would have, even though my order with the other restaurant was placed nearly two hours before I received my Captain D’s delivery.

Came here last Saturday for the first time as well as today. Good food and friendly, efficient service. Had a nice chat with the lady behind the counter the first time. Second time did drive thru; service was quick and professional.

I went through the drive-thru to pick my dad up some dinner. The food was fresh, the customer service was great, and they even gave my two fur babies hush puppies! They absolutely loved them. That was a nice little extra that I appreciated.

I had ordered a Supreme Sampler &3 pc batter fish meal thru DoorDash. The wait was decent and understandable and the food was so good. I love getting my seafood from this location and I love the hushpuppies, will order from here again

I do not hate Captain D"s. We eat lunch here all the time. It fills you up and is not too pricey. We love their Cole slaw. Their hush puppies are delicious also.

Scoring this Captain D’s with 2 F’a and a D , for fast , friendly and delicious. The 2 associates were so sweet and the food was cooked fresh and tasted delicious.

I went sept 22,2018. Drive thru order of deluxe seafood platter and grilled white fish. 2 cars had to pull up and wait for their food as i waited at the window. Quienna took my money for my order, acknowledged my pup in the car waiting for a wiff of inside. Prepared car #1 ordered walked it out very nice as she smiled to the parked car. Walked back around prepared car #2 order walked out gave them their order still with a smile as she handed them their food. Walked back in prepared my food,came to window very pleasantly with a smile handed me my hot food acknowledges my pup again. Got home order was hot,fresh and complete including butter and sour cream for the baked potato, (i never got butter before 😁). Quinna was great at the drive thru and remained pleasant and friendly even though they looked understaffed. I wish she could be there at every drive thru visit. Please see she gets some recognition for her great attitude and customer service.

Nicest Captain D's location I've been to in years. Food was excellent service was quick. New visit and as always I still say it's the best location hand's down.

The food was really good but they need to step it up on the inside with their customer service poor this is Northside location.

We were shopping and running late, so since it was my birthday we decided to go to our favorite place, Captain D's. It was great! We always like to go there.

The food and service there was excellent. Will definitely go there more often. The employees were soo great.
