Quick service, helpful staffs. I like going to this location for breakfast during the weekdays. It’s not too busy and sitting area is cozy.

I went through the drive through at 5 am on my way to the airport. I was in and out with a hot, delicious coffee in about 1 minute. The staff was very friendly.

Everyone always jokes about how you go to Dunks and just put your fate in their hands. Sometimes your coffee is excellent and sometimes it’s awful. However, the other day, this Dunks made me one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. For that alone, I’m giving them a 5 star rating. My next coffee might be even better or it might be absolute trash. It’s an adventure 🤷🏻‍♀

Super nice customer service! Gave us our drinks, made sure we got our Dunkin app points, and took our old Dunkin cup from another Dunkin! Great service

While I don’t typically (if ever) write reviews, I
honestly could not resist this time.
While on a late night drive thru session Sunday night, I couldn’t help but notice how helpful and nice (as they always are) the two D&D employees were. Especially Riley who served me with a smile, both when she took my order and when I met her at the window. While I was not in any particular rush, both employees made sure they had a happy customer when I arrived and when I left. I definitely RECOMMEND both employees get a raise : ) (too bad I can’t tag @Dunkin)

Be aware that Dunkin Donuts closes the lobby areas early and only offers a limited drive thru service in the late evenings. I appreciated the exceptional customer assistance that provided an amazing cocoa and a friendly customer conversation at checkout. Definitely will stop by while i am in the Old Saybrook area. 5 ⭐star customer service. 😊

Great place to sit and talk with a friend. No issues are interruptions inside.
But
The store does serve people inside easily.
They force you into the drive-thru. And their drive-thru is rather unique to explore.

Best Dunkin bagels I've found they just do it right. Friendly service, much better than the drive through location at the other side of Old Saybrook that regularly has 20 minute lines to get a cup of coffee.

I work in the area and order from this location several times a week in both the morning and afternoon. Not sure what I enjoy more, the customer service or the coffee. Thank you Sarahhh for always being a ray of sunshine. The rest of the crew is great as well.

This location is spotless in/outside. The manager always has a friendly smile and quick service and clearly motivates her equally capable and friendly staff ... And your order is right every time.

The people in front of us in the drive thru payed for our food. I just love the fact that other people are to doing small things to be kind and that’s what good about Old Saybrook. And our food was delicious. Dunkin and that’s person who payed for us, you guys are the best! 🥰

A new Dunkin just opened. The people here today were exceptional. Finn got a treat at the window and a pat on the head. Dunkin loves dogs.

The Dunkin’ Donuts has stopped at nothing to improve food quality and service. I’m very pleased once again with this location.

Tnis is a brand new location with a nice drive thru. Coffee tasted fine😊 Inside was closed because of Covid-19

The staff member brewed me a new pot of dark roast, after confirming that I had time to wait for it, rather than making another choice. That was refereshing! I dislike the entrance configuration, but alas, I have no real solution to offer in its place.

Brand new store, friendly fast service, plenty of parking and restrooms, patio in the back.

Love Dunkin, always friendly and quick staff, great tasting food and drinks

This is nice DD Isabel was very nice as was the rest of the team. I received my coffee just right on the light side

It was dicey at first, but this Dunkin' Donuts has hit their stride and has excellent service now.
