Great place to study. The chai is great and so is the avocado toast. The service is really quick and the employees have always been friendly. The upstairs is a little shabby but the cafe is altogether a wonderful place to chill.

A great place for sitting and studying, and enjoying your fresh pastries, and homemade fresh roasted coffee. I strongly recommend everyone for a good cup of coffee.

The vibe is bubbling and chill at the same time. Not a very quiet place for study, but good place for hanging out with friends :)

The service is fantastic. You get to personally know the staff AND learn a different language through friendlessness and care. The staff is always very happy, kind and prompt. The same amigos everyday! I usually get a latté or peppermint tea with a breakfast bagel: eggs, cheese, onions, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. And its hour and delicious everytime. The pastries are fresh everyday and the display is beautiful. I could go on and on! 💞💞💞💞💞😍😍😍

Cozy cafe to sit for a book or work on some project. They have very good apple croissants. Get it with your coffee. Hot latte is a good deal that comes in a big cup so it lasts for while if you plan to stay long.

Great coffee and food, and great location close to campus with nice tables to sit and study at. Owner and staff were very kind as well.

the atmosphere here is really homey and comforting :) highly recommend the hot caramel vanilla latte! the bagel sandwich was really good, but lettuce would really elevate the sandwich a bit more! other than that, I would highly recommend!

Very cozy, especially if you have not anything to eat for your breakfast at home, just stop over before going to the campus

Omg I LOVED this place. I worked a few hours here and it was perfect. Good wifi, nice service and 10/10 ambiance. Loved the brick walls and open air construction with plants. Even some classical music playing. This is going to be my new regular work from cafe spot

If I went to UC Berkeley this coffee shop would be my go-to place. My coffee was amazing, and it has a nice homey energy with a piano that says "play me", many plants, a loft, and a sun roof.

Love this place. Great coffee and pastries. Love the ambience. Well ventilated, lots of seats. I Actually like the upstairs seating area. Salads and sandwiches are okay. I think you can get better at other nearby locations. But the location to the Berkeley campus makes this place a great place to eat, hang, or caffeinate.

Great place for after school coffee with cute classmates or groups of friends. They have really nice Italian coffee, some outlets scattered around, ready-to-eat breakfast burritos, and plenty of tables and chairs, including a second floor. This is not a high-end coffee shop, but more of a college-hangout destination.

Beautiful, simple cafe that attracts stressed out college students looking for a place to study and relaxed coffee aficionados hoping to have a nice strong shot of espresso. The seasonal Holiday lights are a nice touch.

My wife gets her muse for writing at this place, it has a certain atmosphere about it. Great coffee, solid salad. Not the place you would go for an all out meal, but to relax, get some tasty drinks and basic food, this place has an unparalleled atmosphere.

Great place nearby campus to sit down, chill or study. I love their upstairs seating though they could use more outlets. Food-wise, I highly recommend their soups and salads.

I have been there twice, and both times the staff has been friendly and helpful. I don't drink coffee but it smells good... and the ham and cheese croissants are certainly delicious!
