Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

My husband and I have both shopped separately at Sherwin Williams at Matthews Dr in Holly Springs, NC, and were both fortunate enough to be assisted by James. We were both really impressed with James’ professionalism and attention detail. He has really taken his time with us and done an awesome job color matching our paint. He’s also made some great suggestions about the finish and quality of paint that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask. We still have many rooms to paint and we will definitely be shopping with James to help us make the right paint choices! James’ professionalism and friendliness has won us over and we will be Sherwin Williams customers for life, we highly recommend shopping here!

My wife and I are building a house and had stopped in before and got good customer service while attempting to pick out colors for some rooms. Today we came back in to purchase the paint and other necessary items. Daniel was a rockstar, he was the only one working and he was just giving great customer service to each customer while we were in there. There was no less than 3 people at a time and as many as 6. He was hustling to help out everyone, we highly recommend you going here if your painting anything!!

Great little store with all the items you would need to paint or stain. The staff was helpful and kind. They applied coupons to our order that we weren't aware of.

🌈. During Covid 19 ~ The Staff has been NOTHING SHORT OF WONDERFUL. They are super busy because healthy Americans are painting their houses. Picking out a Paint Color is Fun Online and Calling Ahead to ask for Paint Chip to ensure they look the same has been an ADVENTURE. Our family is SUPER GRATEFUL TO THE ENERGETIC, HELPFUL, FUN, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF WITH OUR NEW SHERWIN WILLIAMS STORE OFF SUNSET LAKE RD.

Watch out, don't call your order into the Sherwin Williams off Rte 55. Easy to get the two mixed up when calling in your order.

If I could leave zero stars I would… terrible customer service by Juan. I asked about lightening a color which ended up not being what I was looking for. He never told me I would have to pay for the paint if I didn’t like it. Paint isn’t cheap and I would have appreciate knowing first that I would be charge for being dissatisfied with a color. I shop here all the time for my paint and that’s very unfortunate to receive this kind of customer service after being so loyal. Not cool Sherwin-Williams.

Staff is very rude and still doesn’t have orders ready for pick up after a three day notice!
