10/26/23 - I have dropped pre-labeled packages here several times with no issues and great service. I don't understand the reviews that cry about a packing/taping charge... the Amazon instructions clearly state tgat you have to print label and box package before dropping off. So why 1 star the location when you don't follow very basic, clear return instructions from Amazon about the return? Some returns only require scanning the QR code, but some ask the sender to do more... so why do they feel they deserve free service when the store has to buy the materials that are not re-imbursed by the seller? I have always followed instructions and returned items without a glitch. Don't believe the ENTITLED that leave whiny reveiws about not being treated special. This is a fully staffed, very efficient location with little or no waits!

Dropped off a package today and left the store without my wallet. The staff called me and told me that they have my wallet and it would be here waiting for me. I didn’t even know it was missing until I got the phone call. They were very helpful and honest. I’m so grateful! It would have been a headache having to cancel all my cards. Great customer service!

I had the pleasure of visiting this UPS service location and meeting Mr. Patel, the owner. The customer service I received was truly exceptional. This was unexpected for me as I don't often utilize UPS services. However, the one time I needed assistance with mailing a parcel, Mr. Patel went above and beyond to help me. Great staff, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I was their stop-by customer then became a box holder over a year ago. Each time I visit they welcome with a smile and are very courteous. They call me as my packages arrive, hold my packages for me and check my box for important mail and update me over the phone, amazing customer service I highly recommend this store!

Excellent service, professionalism consistently, and great management! There hasn’t been a day when I have found this mailbox scattered or dirty in the past few years. Also, they have memorized my mailbox and many times know exactly how many packages I have before even I walk into the store! The level of service is nowhere to be found in Houston at any other UPS stores or FedEx. I have been to many over the years due to work related mailing needs and there is no place such as this! I always feel at home when I walk into this store and it’s very dear to me that they care about me as a customer! Cheers!

This UPS store is awesome! I used to rent their locker for about a year back in 2017. The staff were always nice and I never had any problems with receiving any packages. Then I moved to WA state for job. Fast forward and long story short, recently I placed a huge order with Mango and unfortunately I had not checked the automatically saved address which is this UPS store. I tried to contact Mango’s customer service but they said they could not do anything. I was almost desperate. Then I called this store and told them my story. They were so nice to listen to me and agreed to help shipping the whole package back to me once they received it. Mr. Patel also helped me via the phone with saving more shipping cost by changing the size of the package with my agreement. And today my Mango clothing package has arrived safe and sound. Thank you very much, Mr. Patel and his staffs. I’m grateful for your help and service!

I was making a return yesterday to UPS and a nice lady named Jennifer, working at the store helped me alot when she didn’t have to really have too. I appreciated Jennifer’s professionalism and kindness. Based upon my experience, I can highly recommend this UPS Store to anybody that wants good service by friendly people like Jennifer.

Recently while I was at this UPS location to conduct some businesss, I dropped an envelop with considerable amount of cash in the parking lot. Fortunately, the store manager and the staff found it and held it for me. I wanted to write this review to thank them from bottom of my heart and express my gratitude, as their honesty and integrity is praiseworthy. Incidents like this let me continue to have faith in humanity.

I had the most amazing experience at UPS today! I has just driven in from out of town and was a bit frazzled. I had three Amazon items to send back and the nicest most professional young man helped me. He did such a great job and made my day! His name is Darlington. Thank you so much, Darlington! This is my go to UPS store for Amazon returns and anything else. More recently, I used their notary service which was great and affordable at only $6 for one document. In general, the store is very busy, but the lines move quickly. They are the chik fil a of UPS stores in terms of how quickly and efficiently they assist customers. It is my favorite UPS store for sure.

I was very pleased with the service and convenience to send packages today on Sunday. For working people it is a real boon to have this service on Sunday.

The staff at this store is very polite & professional and my experience has been excellent in terms of not only customer services but also that all the packages get correctly recorded and reach their destination in a timely manner.
