Delicious pasta options and a monster pizza!! So good! The service was a little on the slower end especially when we went considering there were only two other parties there (small groups). Don't skimp on dessert and try their chocolate cannoli! Would definitely come back.

I was recommended to check out Café Sicilia when moving here and was definitely not disappointed. The atmosphere, service, and food was all wonderful. Our waitress Jasmine was very attentive and kind. I ordered the Tortellini Michaelangelo which was delicious then I got the Tiramisu. So good 🤌. Highly recommend Café Sicilia to anyone living in or passing through Bedford.

This is place is so cute and cozy! I loved it inside, it’s a small intimate little joint. The pasta was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Food came out quickly and the prices are reasonable. Will be back here again and also it’s BYOB!

A delicious and unassuming neighborhood Italian restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The baked lasagne was fantastic! The supreme pizza with loaded with toppings on a thin, perfectly crispy crust.
Definitely will return!

Homemade food. Cute interior. Great arancini balls. Had the chocolate cannoli was ok. The pasta combo of a stuffed shell and a stuffed manicotti which was yummy. Reasonable prices. It was well attended. Will have to return.

Today I turn 30. I decided to have a late lunch here with my husband as I was in the area and wanted something I knew would be delicious. I introduced this place to him in 2016 when we first got together and he loved it. It wasn’t busy which was interesting for a Saturday. I can only hope they saw more folks in the evening. The menu has fewer items than it did in 2002, of course, but it suits them so much better I think. Our waiter, the bright, young, edgy and attentive Hunter, made our experience calm and friendly. We started off with a country salad for two and bread- a classic start. The ingredients are unchanged and cozily familiar; romaine, iceberg, and spinach with green bell peppers, black olives, onion, mushroom and artichoke hearts lightly topped with crumbled fromage. The house vinaigrette is wonderful; the pepper makes it so addicting. I regret to have replaced it with their ranch in my younger years. We chose to do the bruschetta which once upon a time used to be chopped tomatoes and onions in a vinaigrette. My family used to love it so much that my mother made her own recipe and it was a hit at dinner time. It’s now essentially a Caprese salad on crostinis: a nicely sized mozzarella and tomato slice topped with basil and balsamic glaze. Don’t get me wrong- We loved it! With us now receiving only two dinner rolls instead of four like I had become accustomed to, it satiated my desire for more bread. To be fair, I’m happy they only gave us two. The rolls are intoxicating- any more than one and you won’t be able to enjoy your other items or meal! Our main courses arrived and we were so pleased with the portion and flavor. I ordered the Tortellini Michael Angelo and my husband ordered his usual, Vodka Rigatoni. The tortellini was perfect. Pasta-to-cheese and pasta-to-sauce/meat was balanced. My husband’s was so delicious as well. We left content and full-bellied with no room left for dessert, which isn’t listed in the menu. You must ask, but I believe they still have cannolis. I’m not sure if they offer the tiramisu or other desserts anymore. But never you mind that. Just go and eat! We celebrated my 30th birthday in the same booth my mother, my sister, and myself sat in in 2002 when we first discovered it by mistake. What a happy accident that was! This place has been and will continue to be a part of our lives forever. I am so delighted to say that Café Sicília has bested themselves, and I plan on making many returns.

This is a nice hidden gem tucked into a non-descript strip mall, but probably my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Went here for the first time in a while recently and it's still fantastic. Food is great. Service is great. And the atmosphere is wonderful. My only suggestion: make the weekly special Chicken Florentine a permanent menu item. It was wonderful! The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was also great.

O.M.G. I just moved back to this side of DFW and suggested we "give this place a try" to my husband (I'm from Chicago and he's from New York) and we both absolutely loved it! He went and picked up the order and came home and told me how he loved that everyone was super friendly and even knew the name of a customer that walked in while he was there. Most importantly though the food was DELICIOUS!! I can't wait to try more options! We're hooked! Thanks for a great meal and a great experience even from a pick up order!

My fellow retirees! This is another Cafe on my list for great food and company. Us retired friends know to visit at opening times. You aren't surprised by how many of us go out to eat early. We skip the crowds from night time meals. This is one of those places where you not only enjoy a great meal but visit with friends for long conversations. Thank you Cafe Sicilia!

We recently moved to the Bedford area. We decided on Pizza for New Year's Eve dinner. Based on the reviews we decided to try this restaurant. The Supreme pizza wa really good. We also ordered the spinach and peppers dip and it was good also. We'll definitely be ordering again.

Went for our anniversary dinner tonight, with the kids. The servers were excellent and went above expectations to make our visit enjoyable. The kids loved getting their special plates.
The food came in a timely fashion. It was delicious and very filling. We have leftovers for tomorrow.
I highly recommend this place for good Italian food.

My mother and I came in for the lunch specials and both of us agreed the quality of the food was AMAZING. From the garlic knots served in the beginning to pasta dishes everything was delicious.

Lunch portions were perfect for us and left us satisfied. The dessert menu showed great variety but we’ll need to try them next time.

Would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful! Even the service was top notch! Can't believe I have lived so close to this gem and have been driving to chains like Olive Garden! Marcus did an amazing job, and it seemed like everyone from the wait staff stopped by to ask if we needed anything! Will not be the last visit to this great place!

I have driven past Cafe Sicilia for over 2 years since moving to the Bedford area, but never managed to make it because my family didn't want to visit for whatever reason. Anyway, they are gone this weekend, so I decided to treat myself to something new.

I was not disappointed at all and you won't be either. When I arrived the dining room was packed, but I got seated within minutes. The wait staff was very pleasant and ensured that I received the same great service that every other table was receiving.

Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and eggplant parmigiana and both were
delicious. I always order the eggplant the first time I visit an Italian restaurant and kind of rate everything else by how the eggplant is prepared and tastes. I will definitely order the eggplant parmigiana again.

Finally, I got the last serving of tiramisu available and it was so good. I would say that you owe yourself a trip to this local spot and enjoy a wonderful tasting meal.

Best Italian food in the HEB area. Seafood was spectacular and you choose sauce! Bread is awesome as well. Always too much food. Take half home for lunch. Very reasonable prices even at dinner!

I finally found some good pizza in Texas. Yes, we'll be back. We came for our to go, ate and turned around for more to take home. So glad to find some good Italian in the area.
