Saltgrass Steak House

Absolutely S tier steakhouse. I’ll take a steak from saltgrass any day! It’s soooooo much better than Texas Roadhouse by a landslide. We went in on a Sunday evening and it wasn’t terribly busy, possibly due to the cold weather. The service was phenomenal and the turn around time for our food was surprisingly very quick. My boyfriend got the Silver Star porterhouse and I got the Pat’s ribeye. We both get our steaks medium rare and they most definitely delivered. The steak had a good sear and the perfect amount of fat. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water lmao. The potato soup was by far the best potato soup I’ve had. The mash potatoes and Caesar salad were also good. The asparagus was okay. The only thing we didn’t really like was the bread they serve, but everything else definitely made up for it. It is more expensive than roadhouse, but I can guarantee you it’s worth it.

The service was great and the atmosphere is very cozy and historical. The chicken was grilled to perfection and the green beans were delicious. We will definitely visit again. ☺

Went for lunch, food and service were great! Steaks are always well seasoned and tender. Sides are great as always! Our waiter Gideon was wonderful and helpful in deciding what to eat! All other staff we had encounters with were also kind, several acknowledged my baby watching them and stopped to say hello to her. Definitely recommend and will be back!

The only thing I'm mad about is that I didn't try this place sooner!! Especially cause it is so close to where I live😅

Love the atmosphere is was very warm and welcoming 😌 Was seated immediately as soon as I arrived it was late Wednesday evening. They gave me bread💕 and a cute little pitcher with sweet tea so you don't have to worry about refills😊 I got the 'Just Pickles' and these are honestly the best fried pickles I've ever had!

I got the Sirloin and Shrimp which came with the option of soup or salad. I went with the Chicken Tortilla Soup and only reason there's no picture of it is because I ate it too fast. It was so delicious that I had a moment like the critic in Ratatouille had where it just brought me back to my childhood☺ Although I didn't care for the avocado they topped it with. But it was still delicious 🥰 The steak was very tender and had amazing flavor! The shrimp was good, I'm not big on shrimp but I would order this again!

The carrot cake was divine😍 and I was told that they make all their desserts in house... so they have a chocolate cake on the menu then I will be trying next time!!!

Overall 10000/10 highly recommend ❤ Will be going again every chance I get😌

My family and I went to dinner on a busy Friday night and our server, Sean, treated us like we were his only guests. He made awesome suggestions (y'all must try the fried mozzarella 🤌🏽), kept our drinks full, and our table wasn't cluttered with empty dishes. The other guests seemed to enjoy their experience, and the other servers were pleasant and engaging as well.

Great service. The manager, I believe his name was Ed, was very friendly. Will definitely go again. Went again today to celebrate my 65th birthday, The manager Ed remembered my name and greeted me with a happy birthday since I was wearing a crown. Justin was our waiter, whom I give 5 stars. Very attentive. I can't say enough good things about ur food and wait staff, and Ed for checking on us periodically to make sure everything was good.

I often choose to sit at the bar because Anon always gives top notch service.

Our hostess and waitress was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious and affordable and our service was prompt. Would definitely recommend to go if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg at a steakhouse.

Amazing steak with amazing service, I had a very Texas dinner last night at the Bedford location. Server Gideon (I think) was really nice and made great recommendations!

I ordered via DoorDash for delivery but I had some questions as the restaurant didn’t give me an option for notes in my order. Giselle helped me and made the notes for me on my order. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to ensure my order specifications were correct.

Love the atmosphere, the decorations, the service, and the food. Always incredible.

Service was impeccable, with savvy, smiling waitresses. There were about 30 in our party, and they took such great care of us, keeping drink glasses full and serving delicious hot food, all in a timely manner. Everyone's order was handled correctly and cooked just right. Only thing I would change would be to have better lighting so to be able to more easily read the menu. But can't be upset over it when everything else was top notch. I would definitely eat there again.

Excellent all around. I've seen these around in my home town and never bothered to stop because I'm not usually a fan of big franchise places. We hit this for a work dinner and I was impressed. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We had the poppers for an app, which were pretty huge and surprisingly delicious. I've had all types of poppers and they're usually stuffed with some type of delicious pork or wrapped in bacon. The shrimp inside was a different twist that I really enjoyed. Salad was crisp and cold in a chilled bowl. For an entree, I had a ribeye which was top tier for the price. As good or better than some which I've paid way more for. Fries were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I hope all locations are as good as this one and will absolutely be trying the location back home.

Two guys familiar with Salt grass had the country fried chicken and were strongly pushing it, claiming it's the best we would have. Our last guy had a t-bone and cleaned that thing to a polish. Everyone left happy and full. Would definitely recommend.

We were a party of six adults and an infant on a Friday night. We made reservations for 6:45 and were seated immediately. I orderered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, My wife ordered the hill country salad. Other plates ordered was steak with fried shrimp, steak salad, and the baby had macaroni and cheese. The total was $160.

Had the Pat's ribeye. Was cooked a little over the medium rare I ordered, but was still ok. The cognac sauce was good as well.

Had the bourbon old fashioned to drink. It was excellent. Service was quick and very polite.

What an awesome place to be. Not too busy, but not slow!! We had an amazing waiter named ANTHONY! He took care of us so well! We were teated extra special, so we will be coming back for sure. I love how everyone works together, amazing vibes here!!! Kudos to the team and managers.

Went to this location for the first time and was blown away. Definitely will be coming back, the food was amazing but the service is what made the experience a 10/10. Adrianne was our server for the evening and she was the best we’ve ever had!

Have not been to Saltgrass in a while, this location is near me so I stopped in and had my favorite, the chopped sirloin with grilled onions, mushrooms and conac sauce, it was excellent, cooked a little more done than I like but the flavor was awesome, Hector our server was spot on, friendly and punctual. Nice atmosphere, all in all one of the best dining experiences I have had in sometime.

Went there on weeknight and was not disappointed. The service was friendly and personable. Place was quiet enough to have a conversation and the food was very good. Steaks were cooked as ordered and delicious.
