Great employee's here! Easy to get along with. And they understand the value of most things worth anything, they try to give you as much as they can. After all is is up to us, they make it a great experience. Especially when I'm risking not being able to afford to pay back.

I poked my head in here, never having been there before to look at watches. As luck would have it, they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. Normally I'm a little more reserved in these situations but I was clearly excited about finding this watch and, despite knowing they had me hooked, they still gave me a sizable discount. This is a good place to go. Good customer service.

I was in a jam today because I was expecting a microphone stand with the boom extension and wouldn't you know; it wasn't going arrive on time. So, I searched Facebook, the local stores and nothing. So, I decided to call the nearest pawn shops. Amazingly, I found one that had the microphone stand with a boom. That one was Centerville Gold and Pawn located off Centerville road in Manassas. I had called earlier and spoke Deni Martinez, partner and owner of Centerville Gold and Pawn - he said he had what I was looking for and at a fair price. Honestly, I was skeptical, but I took the trip to Manassas and I'm glad I did. Not only was Deni right, but it was exactly start I needed. Deni was so friendly and welcoming, I didn't want to leave the shop. Deni was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed I knew right then and there is be back. Now, the store is not your typical big sized pawnshop; however, they carry a large assortment of production equipment that is professional grade. I was very impressed that his clientele brought their equipment here. In addition, the items are reasonably priced and in most cases, like-new condition. I rarely give 5-star ratings so easily, but Deni Martinez exemplifies good customer service and genuine customer retention skills. Meaning, I'll be back. Please pay them a visit or check them out on the Facebook Marketplace.

Went in to sell an old iPhone and got a pretty fair deal and walked out with cash in minutes. The guy I worked with even helped me figure out how to unlock the phone. 10/10 will go here if I ever need to sell again

Even though I didn't sell an engagement ring there the customer service was by far the best in the area. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly right when I walked through the door and explained everything to me from start to finish. They made me and my fiancé feel comfortable with the options we had and we didn't feel pressured at all. Thank you for all your help I will be back with anything else I would need sold.

I don’t have too much experience with pawn shops but this place was good business. I took out a loan on some of my high end designer bags and it was a smooth experience. They first authenticate the bags to make sure they are legit through an app and also issue certificates of authenticity for them which can be helpful to prove authenticity if you were to later sell them. I feel like I was given a fair deal for those handbags. I will be going to them anytime I need to do this again. The reviews here are truthful. There were three guys in the shop. I dealt with Robbie but the other two were equally nice and helpful. They work with you and try to help you. They also had sneakers and Louis Vuitton handbags for sale at decent prices. Overall, a very positive experience.

Such a nice experience working with everyone here. They are all so friendly and welcoming. I needed a small loan when I was pregnant and was having an awful time getting hired anywhere. It was a very smooth experience, they always texted updates on when my loan was going to be up and if I wanted to extend or come to pick up my property. Everything was as I left it when I got it back and would definitely recommend them over any other place I have used in the past!
