Upgraded to a new phone yesterday, been with Cricket for 6 years now. I always have a lot of "fun" changing everything to the new phone. I just want to say Kiara ( not sure if I spelled her name correctly) she was AWESOME!!!! She was very patient with all of my questions, and helped me get my phone set up.

My dad and I went to get new phones today!! When we arrived the store was completely empty! There was only one employee at the time! Within a matter of seconds, the store filled up! The woman helping us did an amazing job keeping her composure! She was amazing! She was able to help everyone in a timely manner without blinking an eye!! Great work , very friendly, very professional, we are very satisfied customers despite some rude customers!! Thank you

The ladies are extremely professional and to say they are knowledgeable about the phones is an understatement!!! I'm not tech savvy at all and they were always willing to explain something to me once, twice or 82 times of needed. They never make you feel like ," Well duh ". If they had 10 stars to rate; that's what they would be. They've earned it !

Very friendly people and the best service I've ever had. I work out at the GM plant in Spring Hill and I get service everywhere in the plant which is highly unusual. I would definitely recommend to everyone. It's not the old Cricket anymore.

When I was looking for a new carrier. I visited Cricket in Lawrenceburge Tn. I was greated by Jennah she explained everything in clear detail..I was out in no time. I've had the service for two months . Very satisfied..no surprises no hidden charges..Thanks

The employees here are always helpful. I went in to buy a new phone and while the employee was looking at my act, she asked how much I paid for 4 lines. She then changed my account to a new plan that gives unlimited data and saves me $80 a month!!

They are amazing at this store I live in Lewisburg and drive all the way to Columbia to see the girls they always resolve my issues

Employees at this cricket location pretty much function as Salesmen only. They are very Friendly and super helpful to prospective cricket customers but don't seem to be as friendly to current cricket customers. This was not only observed by me but by my mother as well on separate occasions.
