May every post office have an employee like Tina who is so helpful, cheery, and chatty. We all need a little more connection in our lives. Take the time to thank the good people in this world.

They always try their best to provide the best service! Lines can get a bit long sometimes but it’s because they’re understaffed. Still they always try to smile and greet :)

Whoever the guy is with the dark hair and glasses, he knows his stuff. Quick, efficient, and friendly!

First I'm gonna say I hope those leaving reviews on this post office aren't from my local community because you are all extremely racist and bigots who don't deserve to get your mail sent.

The long term employees here are amazing and they get the line through fast. They even try to speed up the crazy people who get into the line and hold it up.

Any problems I've read in the reviews here are almost always the customers fault and not USPS. Learn how to follow simple rules and commands and you'd be fine and your package would be delivered.

Really sad that there are these people in my community that leave terrible reviews under their public name.

8-30-18: Yesterday I left a paper I was using to apply to Savers inside the store by accident. I left, realized it, and came back; it was around 34 minutes after closing time. The guy who helped me, fortunately, was there, and after hearing me from my insistent knocking on the glass, brought it out - thank you!

Today I sent for a copy of my SSC, which was free, and I found out yesterday that the Minnesota and California systems for birth certificates don't talk to each other, and got some papers to mail to CA.

Paljor was serving me and was extremely friendly - I had brought an envelope and a priority express folder and wasn't sure if I'd need to pay to get postage and then ship it fast, or what. I asked and he informed me that it's all taken care of with the more expensive faster by tomorrow version, ending with a wink. Usually I disregard winks as insincere, but - and this might just be fluff, I don't know - it felt good!

Then during putting the package through the process, he told me it was guaranteed delivery by 3pm, and asked if I wanted it to get there by 10:30am for $5 extra. I have the social coming, but it doesn't hurt to increase the odds and options, so I said yes, as it makes it much more likely that they'll process it sooner.

Likewise, he advised against the signature required part, as it was a general company and not a person (my words), and plus that I was already paying $5 more (his words). They'd just put it in a stack, so it doesn't really make sense.

The post office has a reputation for being a not very fun place, and twice now in two days I've had what I consider exemplary customer service, so I want to give accolades. Thank you :)

They always go above and beyond to endure customer satisfaction! They helped retreave a document that I fogot to sign, delivered it to my house and picked up it the next day for delivery to ensure my document would be recieved on time. I am so greatful for the extra effort that was taken!

I have used USPS in different location for so many years. The customer service personals are so slow and I used to wait on line for so long time but at this location they are so quick and wellbeing equipped with the excellent customer service. Thank You! Keep Up the good work

Holding mail is easy. We got home early and collected our mail. Good Deal!

I use this post office all the time. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the various postal services and rates available.

Bunch of whiny complainers ...I've always been treated courteously and promptly (my turn, normal line ups!) at the CH PO.

There is a line sometimes, but I've always had good service here.
