I got a cologne and hand sanitizer but this limited edition cologne smells amazing its the (gingham? Unstoppable cologne mist) smells like the word clean amazing I started spraying my room with it it smells so good and I have horrendous fragrance allergies and it doesn't bother me at all!

The employees are so friendly and approachable. If you want to give yourself or someone a special gift... This is a great choice.
I purchased 5 items. I did smell all in-store. However when I got home and put one on me I didn't like it🙄. So I took my receipt and that product back the next day. They gratefully were willing to exchange it or put the money back on my card. I definitely exchanged it 😁. My husband also enjoys the lotions and sprays as much as I do.
My daughter gave us a gift card. Such a wonderful gift.

Staff was great, experience was awesome. Can't say enough about this stores team, just that I appreciate them.

The staff took the time to smell everything with me because I was shopping for a picky daughter and picky goddaughter.
The staff didn't blink an eye at me and I was dressed not to impress after a 10 hour shift of emergency dispatching and our lines went down and our servers went down. So not was I only dressed like I crawled out of a box, I looked like I had 37 years of stress just piled on me, and the staff treated me great and not the swamp monster that I felt like, oh yeah broke a shoe at work so I went in with water socks (fitting for our weather)..
Thank you for taking the time with me and laughing at my horrible sense of humor and thank you for being kind when I felt I wasn't dressed for public consumption..

Eniy(pronounced Any) is AWESOME!!! In amongst the craziness of candle day he individually helped me pick out scented candles as my husband and daughter texted me what they wanted... Customer Service at it's best! Thank you!

I was surprised i found this store near my place like omg! i love bath&body works! i bought my favorite scents and handsoaps and its really nice and amazing i have coupons used and from $89 worth of purchase i only paid $60! i will for sure be coming back!

Absolutely love the hand soap and candles. This location is conveniently located in Gresham square and wasn't to busy when I went. They maintain social distancing guidelines and requiring you to wash your hands/ sanitize before entering. The staff was friendly and informative when I asked questions on certain products. I'm glad I came in when I did and took advantage of a deal for the hand soaps all were $3-3.50 a bottle. I got plenty for myself for a while and some to gift to family for the upcoming holidays!

Love love this store! There are so many great deals, especially suronf this time of the year!

Hit the last days of the semi-annual sale and came away with a haul of amazing new scents🩷🧴🧼

Dana and team did a great job of making me feel helped without being bombarded. I mentioned that I was looking for fresh cut lilac candles. They were all out. I walked around the store for maybe 15 minutes and in that time her team walked in the back and found some that were hiding. Felt looked after and heard. Really enjoyed my experience.

I've had a great experience with the staff and products every time I've shopped at this store!

Cory and Enyi both warmly welcomed me as I entered the Gresham Station location. I was not paying attention and it was past closing time, and they did not make me feel uncomfortable. I decided I would return the next and complete my hunt for the perfect gift scent. Thank you Cory and Enyi for being so kind and patient with my indecision.

I finally got to spend a "B&BW" gift card that I earned before Christmas in my Christian fitness class, 'PraiseFit', in Oregon City, OR.
My friend and I had a lot of fun sampling such a wide array of fragrances, from flamboyant and soft florals, to citrus and sweet fruits, to woodsy and herbal essential oil blends.
The salespeople were kind, and willing to help us make purchases of our personal favorites.
The products are high quality, and if you carefully shop the sales, you can find great values.

First off let me just say, if they could just take the smell of bath and body works and make it, its own scent I would be in love! They have so many lotions, candles, soaps, body sprays and just about an scent you could ever imagine. Plus the guy who always greets us at the door is so friendly and very knowledgeable!

Got free stuff with coupons. The cloud of mixing scents can be nauseating, especially when they're busy. But staff is friendly and available.

The employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs. This store has been in Gresham for many years now, and I really enjoy shopping here. The scents are always a real pick-me-up 🛍

This is my second favorite location. Troutdale being first. This store is slightly less large. Still super friendly staff, good selection! Always have the new candles in stock! The store is always insanely clean & organized.

Great selection and scents. The new candle and body spray holders are fabulous! I go here to buy gifts but always end up buying myself something. During the winter I purchased a unbelievably soft throw blanket that they should sell more often.

I love this location because they have a bigger selection. Great employees very helpful and the sales!

The scents are new and exciting!! The service is great. I feel the joy everytime I walk in.
