Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered for myself and my son who has celiac. I always get nervous about cross contaminated surfaces but the person who was working the window also had celiac. She gave us the best service and it was nice to know someone else understood!

I dropped my car off at Oxford and walked over here like a bum lol. I had heard of this place before but didn’t realize they have food too, not just smoothies. Kenna was super patient taking my order bc I asked about a million questions lol. I got the supergreen chicken wrap and açaí berry boost smoothie. Both were delicious. Fresh and filling, yet don’t leave you feeling gross after eating/drinking like some restaurants do. I definitely get why this company is expanding rapidly throughout the Cbus burbs!

Got smoothies because my wife wanted them. We went back the next day for smoothies after they were so good. I got a flat bread and enjoyed it. Had a touch to much sauce and I made a mess but they gave me plenty of napkins. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I needed this today. #ParadisePoint I live pretty close by, but I avoid going into these little strip mall things because this area is so busy. It's really hard in my big truck to get in and out of these tight areas safely (I've lived in Powell for five years, but come from a rural area. I don't think I'll ever get used to it.). Be careful esp if you go at night because it's not busy but it's not well-lit ether. I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to exit where I did, but I made it!

I made a trip down here just for a smoothie, but it was worth it. It's a place I'd been wanting to try. It has a very young vibe inside with loud music. I went around 8:15pm and was afraid they might not be open. They're open until 9pm but I've run into many businesses closing early with staff shortages. Two of the employees were cleaning by the door, but they were open. Got my smoothie quickly, and it was delicious! :-) I don't think it's over-priced for what you get. The cup is enormous.

The food, smoothies and service have been great every time we've ordered. My biggest and only complaint is that they don't open until 10am. This limits us to only having lunch there, as it's much later than we have breakfast, but it looks like they have great breakfast options. I recently ate at a location in another state that opens at 7am. We'd eat there much more often if the Powell location would open at 7 too.

their food and smoothies never fail, i went in today tho and there were two things i almost swallowed that looked like contacts for your eyes, or little clear plastic stickers. It was kinda sus but i love tropical smoothie and that’s the only time something like that has happened so i will still be going there unless it continues to happen

Walked in and got smoothies straight away. Our first time with the business so we weren't sure what to order but both drinks were good. A large is huge and could honestly be a meal replacement because we were stuffed afterwards. Order didn't take long. Clean tables and chairs. Staff were wearing masks but guests didn't have to.

We're away from home and wanted something healthy so we stopped here.

I got a hummous bowl without the rice. It had pickled onions and was absolutely delicious! I didn't care for the dressing, but that's okay, I ate the whole salad without it.

The girls and Rick got smoothies. His was a peanut butter cup, and theirs were sunrise sunset and an island green.

We were glad to find this location. It was clean and the employees were Covid compliant. 👍

Service was excellent and very friendly! I asked if their smoothies were vegan and (I think he was the manager) was very kind in walking me through everything. He even made sure I tasted it before I left in case I didn't like it!

The sizes are great! The smothies taste really good. And the staff are very nice

I’m obsessed with their bahama mama smoothie, it is amazing. I get it just about 3 times a week. The service is friendly and fast. And you can even call ahead and pay over the phone so you don’t have to wait, you can also order it online too

Free strawberry smoothie for national flipflop day was delicious....service was fast...even with the huge crowd

I love it! It’s a very clean place, with amazing smoothies and weaps, and such kind staff! It is very clean and the staff always wear masks. The smoothies are truly amazing! Great place! 😊

got a quesadilla for breakfast!! it was delicious and the sauce that came with the quesadilla was very tasty. the island green smoothie which has kale and spinach in it was also very good.

Great smoothies and food. Just wish there was a larger eating area like other locations. Plan to get your food to go.

Kiwi Quencher is a great smoothie. Good wraps (and any sandwich can be a wrap). Friendly staff. Great service.

I use the mobile app and I get get food and drink from this place every now and then it’s a family favorite 😁😁😁

The nicest staff ever. I was in an accident on my way to pick up lunch and the staff was so caring as well as going above and beyond for me. Thank you guys so much :)
