What a terrific experience! Two weeks ago Becky came to help me solve a problem with windows in my shop giving off heat due to direct sunlight - but I didn't want to lose the light. She made some terrific suggestions and placed the order that night. Richard and Cody just left after a quick and painless installation! This whole process was SO WORTH IT! They are a small, family owned Powell business and they really know their customer service!! I will definitely do business with them again and I recommend them highly! Thank you!

My husband and I were both extremely pleased with Becky O’Meara, her expertise, her helpfulness, and her patience she gave us from beginning to end. We built a new house and began our search for window treatments based on how happy a friend of ours was with Gotcha Covered. We originally thought we would go with shutters however they were a little out of our budget. Becky was able to suggest we go with blinds which fit our budget and she still got our business..not once did we feel pushed to buy a Gotcha Covered product. Becky clearly was very professional in showing us a product we are very happy with. The blinds look amazing and add to the value of our new home.. we could not be happier.

The team at Gotcha Covered provided excellent customer service. Becky helped me select shades for my whole house, and curtain panels for two rooms along with pillos. We were looking for blinds for our new house and stopped by Gothcha Covered’s booth at the Home & Garden Show in Columbus. We liked what we saw at the show and asked them to come to the house and give us an estimate. Becky and Jon O’Meara were very easy to work with. Becky listened closely to our needs and made very good suggestions, helping us decide on the type of blinds, colors and fabrics that best worked in our house. Jon did a very good job measuring our windows and hanging the blinds. They looked super when he was done. We would highly recommend Becky and Jon to anyone looking for blinds. We got quotes from 4 or 5 blinds companies, but Leza from Gotcha Covered was the only one who followed up with us. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. She had a great selection of materials and styles to choose from, and the prices were very competitive. Installation went great, and we love the new vertical blinds we bought. What a perfect experience. John came out to measure the blinds and look at samples. He was very patient as I overthought which color will be perfect. Some of the blinds were delayed because of the fabric I selected, and he kept me informed every step of the way, and dropped off temporary blinds for my bedroom!

The results are amazing, I will work with them in the future! I added solar shades to my three season room, picture included.

Just an amazing company and an even more amazing owner in Becky. From the start the whole selection process was such a pleasant experience that Becky also made quite fun....she is so personable. All the treatments look amazing. Still awaiting our bedroom treatments but by no fault of the company.....that silly supply chain issue. But there is light at the end of the tunnel and I am sure they will look just as amazing.
