Starbucks

Jules is an awesome Barista, that made me feel welcome when I first walked in. I had my drink in hand very quickly and it was delicious!! I will definitely go back and I hope I get the opportunity to have Jules as my Barista again.

The staff are always very nice and friendly. Drinks are almost always made correctly, even with multiple customizations. They work as quickly as they can, but this location is almost always a 20 minute wait in the mornings, even if you order ahead on the app. Powell really needs a second standalone location (not in a grocery store) to help alleviate the stress on this store.

This coffee shop is always crowded in the morning. Always do a preorder and pickup rather than use drive thru. It will save a gas as well save the world.

mobile orders are slow during the week sometimes especially in the morning but they're usually made well - definitely improved over last few years

I’ve never had a bad experience here. If something is wrong with my order it’s always very small and not a big deal. People need to understand that there are still staffing issues almost everywhere and things may take a little longer. I’ve seen people be rude to workers which blows my mind to this day, they are human. Workers are always very nice and friendly. You guys are doing a great job :)

if i could give more than 5 stars, i sure would buddy! the friendliest starbucks staff i’ve ever encountered. danielle went above and beyond to ensure my food and beverage were given to me at an efficient time. 19/5 in my opinion 💖

I love the cookie crumble frappucino and the choco mocca frappucino. the staffs are friendly too, especially Daniel👍🏼

The staff is really great! They seem to know what they're doing, and have a passion for making sure the customer's satisfaction is of the upmost priority. It can get a little cramped in here, but that's because of the size of the store - wish it was a bit bigger to hold more demand! Overall, the people are awesome and I always leave the store with a smile on my face! :)

Always amazing service !!!

All of the employees at this location are very nice and sometimes engage in conversation with customers. I find that to be great and it should be encouraged, often. Parking lot is a little crowded but that’s no ones fault, just the location. Overall, this is my preferred Starbs location and I hope to continually have good experiences here. I do wish there was more seating though!

I love Starbucks! The Fraps are great, and the staff is always friendly! A great place to go for drinks! Love Starbucks all though I don’t go a lot! Very nice. :)

Although this location is busy, and you often have to wait a little longer on drinks during busy times, the staff is very friendly. They do an excellent job at connecting with their customers and ensuring that your order is made correctly.

The baristas here bust their butts to give you the best service and drinks they can. So nice and friendly—even with my dog! She always gets a ‘pup cup’ whenever we go through drive through and loves it. Remember to tip!!

The staff here is amazing. Always attentive. Even in the face of some really difficult customers. My hat is off to them. Don't forget to tip your baristas!

The Powell Starbucks is small but busy. The drive-thru is popular. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speedy. Essy access from Powell Road or Sawmill Pkwy.

Every time i order from this store in particular, they get my order correct every time and they're really nice even when my order is irritatingly long.

Marvelous, the cake pops were perfectly baked and iced. My drink was also perfectly made. A plus! 👏👏👏
